Have been with Dr Hair for a couple of years - For anti hair loss and deep cleanse treatments. Was served by Lucy for many sessions - I always request for her as she's the best :) good techniques, advice on hair care and always warm and friendly. Would highly recommend Lucy to anyone trying these treatments, she's the reason why I would continue my package here :)

Great deep cleansing hair trial treatment at the Orchard Gateway outlet. Quiet and private experience. Was served by Lucy. Very friendly and gentle staff. She explains patiently the treatment I was going to do and not pushy at all. Highly recommend to try to improve your hair condition! It is also located right next to Somerset MRT, very short walking distance.

I had an nourishing deep cleanse scalp treatment with Lucy, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Lucy was attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to assess my scalp and explain each step of the treatment, which I really appreciated. The cleanse itself was incredibly refreshing, and I could instantly feel the difference—lighter, cleaner, and so much healthier. My scalp feels revitalized, and my hair feels more nourished! I will definitely return to Lucy at DrHair to maintain my hair and scalp!

My scalp is feeling a lot cleaner and calmer after the deep cleanse. I can definitely see the improvement from the before and after scans. Lucy did a great job! She was very attentive to my needs and made the whole experience very comfortable.

Had an anti-hairloss treatment by Lucy at Orchard Gateway, and it was amazing! You can tell the wealth of experience she has by her skills and how she handles the equipment. She is also a very attentive hair doctor who examines and treats my scalp very carefully. On top of her being so skillful, she welcomes me with her warm hospitality. She was constantly checking on me, making sure that I am okay, and if the tea was too cold for me. She keeps her treatment room very neat and tidy, and I see her cleaning and disinfecting the equipment she uses frequently. Highly recommend Lucy at DrGL Orchard Gateway!

Lucy is so cheerful and motherly I feel very well taken care of from the start. It was a very good experience having her treat my scalp. She also offered flower tea during the treatment. P/s: she organised the treatment room nicely as you can see in the picture. Very professional!
