Horrible experience. The pressure to sign a package was insane — they kept throwing different “discounts,” “free gifts,” lowering the price to the max, all just to make me sign. I already bought their products yet they still wouldn’t let me go. Honestly, if they are this desperate before you even commit, I can’t imagine how they’ll treat you after the package is finished. Absolutely awful and unprofessional. Product might be okay, but the hard selling is unbearable. Avoid at all costs.

I would like to express my frustrations regarding yesterday’s traumatizing experience at JEM dualsonic store selling AVINICHI. The sales ladies were forcing me to buy such products which I don’t even need but they are very manipulative and even won’t stop to force me to buy using my Atome. It is very uncomfortable feeling and it stressed me. So I had to buy that toner and detoxifying thing. After that they even tried me to sign a package for an intensive facial which I declined because I cannot even afford. After the express facial they forced me again to buy the sunscreen and cleanser which I bought because I wanted to leave the store already as it was making me stress and uncomfortable. And the lady kept of forcing me to buy an eye cream from 400$ to 200$. They even asked me to open my Atome and check the credit limit. I mean how rude that can be? Hardselling tactics is very rude!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the staff here. This morning, I have an appointment to meet my friend at Miss Pho right there. The Avinichi staff offered me the use of their product but I declined. In the meantime, I was standing there checking the message. She told me to move to another place and stand. This is where she picked up the guests. I was really shocked I asked her if she bought this outdoor passage or if she rented it and I was not allowed to stand on it? And I just stood there checking my message less than two minutes after I reject her service. One beautiful morning I was made up by her...

i walked pass this shop and was given a sample to try. i was hesitant to take at first because have seen so many people talking about it. End up i decided to give it a try and the staff there was attentive. i cant really remember the name but is a lady with long hair name Jenny(if i am right) she explained to me and did some demonstration and i told her that my skin are very sensitive, she handle it with outmost care and ensured me that their products are organic. she gave me a very good deal and with her amazing services i bought a set of products. i have used it for a month now and my skin was truly better and now i brought my son and daughter to let them advise on which products suitable for acne skin. i would say that in every sales the sales person are doing their job to promote their products and my second return to them was because i feel comfortable on the transition and when i told them that i will come back if its good and they didnt push it on more and leave me a good impression. thanks to the staffs there and i am a very skeptical person and i would highly recommend this.

I’m writing this review to warn other customers, especially elderly ones. PLEASE READ! My friend’s elderly mother had a very distressing experience at this shop. She was approached by staff to try some products. Although she was initially not interested, the friendly and casual conversations made her feel comfortable enough to try and eventually purchase two items. Because of their persuasive sales approach and her unfamiliarity with smartphone apps, the staff helped her download banking-related apps on her phone. Later, she discovered that a large sum had been transferred out of her account without her realising it at the time. This experience is so distressing to vulnerable elderly ones and their family members. Please be extremely careful when visiting this shop! We have lodged a police report, and we hope the relevant authorities will look into this matter to ensure proper business and ethical standards are upheld in Singapore. Meanwhile there is nothing we can do except to write honest reviews here while we wait for police to investigate.

PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. ESPECIALLY FOR YOUR ELDERLY ONES, PLEASE ASK THEM TO BEWARE!! I'm sharing my mother's experience with Avinichi Orchard Gateway. On 3rd December 2025, my mom walked passed this shop and a lady ask her where she bought her shoes saying it's nice and want to buy for her mother. My mom didn't think so much and thought she was being filial so replied her readily. Then she was dragged in by the salesperson saying that she want to take picture of the shoe. Then proceed to put products on my mom and convincing her to buy the products. My mom agreed to buy 2 products which was $1.2k FOR TWO?! Anyways, my mom agreed to that purchase so it was okay. Then they proceed to ask my mom to sign packages which my mom rejected. My mom needed to rush to her leg massage appointment so she told them she would come pick up the items she bought after the leg massage. THEN THE SCAMMING STORY STARTS HERE - When my mom come to pick up the items, they proceed to convince her and putting products on her to try this and that and asking her to buy packages, my mom rejected and said no money. They asked my mom to give them her phone which they then "help her" to download Trust App without her knowledge and consent?! and end up my mom got pulled into the room to try a mask, and without my mom's knowledge they downloaded Trust App, Maribank and Atome and very conveniently transfer MY MOM'S MONEY to their own account?! WHAT ON EARTH IS THIS... My mom is not good in technology, so she didn't realised it until 2 days later when her money is gone?! THEY JUST TRANSFER THE MONEY LIKE THAT WITHOUT MY MOM'S CONSENT AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. My mom was saying that she did not agree to this whole transaction except the $1.2k products that she agree to buy. They even target my mom's CPF money asking my mom to go down to the shop again to complete the transaction after she recieve the CPF money?! My mom made a police report and it was said that hers is not the first case. They target especially elderly ones. PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE!! I don't know how they get 4.8 stars reviews. This clearly is a scam. They also has another chain in different name called OROGOLD. Please also becareful of that shop. As they change their shop name often, it's hard to report them.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting kimiyo orchard. I couldn’t be more delighted with the results and the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. She took the time to understand my preferences and provided expert advice on nail shape and color that would suit me best. Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome. Thank you Bebe and Catherine!

They couldn’t find record of payment which was an extension of my package and also didn’t have a lot of the colours I wanted but handled it very professionally- ie relentlessly looking for the record through my session (they found it) and mixing up colours to mimic the colour I wanted. Kudos to Alicia for the effort. Will be back and lovely to see studios going above and beyond!

Been a customer with them for many years. Service is good and staff are very friendly. Highly recommended to come here for manicure and pedicure session!

Highly recommended!! Great ambience and friendly ladies! Celine & Jessie are extremely friendly and knowledgeable ~ always feel comfortable dropping by to have my pedicure done by them! Looking forward to my next visit!
