I’d like to compliment Caren for her excellent service! She was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and friendly personality made the dining experience so much more enjoyable. Love the service and the food. My fave place to go to chill with friends. Relaxing ambience, great food and great service. One of TCC’s best outlets.

I would like to write in this review specifically to commend a good service rendered by staff named Samantha, Not only she knows the store policy well to advise on my questions for member drinks redemption, she also went an extra mile to offer chilli sauce without us asking. Such small actions indeed make a great impact on our dining experience. On top of that she also constantly came to the cashier counter to assist the cashier to check on us when she saw that we had some issues while making the payment. 5/5 star for her service.

I have been visiting this outlet since 2022 and the service is consistently good. The food is decent for the price range though I find the barramundi I had today a little too lean. Blame it on inflation? The coffee is good and I get to enjoy a slice of cake for birthday month. Overall it is a nice place to eat and I really wish to compliment the good service of the staff here. The first couple of times I came, there was a lady who’s slim. Apologies that I don’t quite remember her name nor her race now. I didn’t see her today (24th Jan). But the young gentleman Victor was very very helpful patiently answering my queries. He has exceptional service and I wish to compliment him. Kelly is nice too and polite.

I only gave one star because I can't give zero however when I was dining the meat that were seasoned was really salty don't ever get the garlic pork belly if you don't want to have high sodium intake and high blood pressure. the 90 mins seat was separated and you had to individually order 2 soup bases unless you can squeeze into the seat with your friend. and to top it off, they tried to persuade us with free ice cream and 100% win claw machine with a free voucher. never come here unless you bring a bunch of money because the price is ridiculous you might aswell go to HDL as the food there is way more worth it and is cheaper. 0/10 never coming back again.

Went to try after seeing many people eat it, but the experience was below average. Variety is good but food taste and quality is average. We went for the elite buffet with wider selection but most meat and seafood was rather bland and too tough, seafood didn't taste very fresh too. Only the veggies and mushroom were good. Even for desserts, too sweet and combi is odd. For the prize we paid for 2 we could have eaten HDL.

I give this a 3 star because it was like a sauna in there. Staff told us the air conditioner of the building Orchard Gateway was not working, but I do not know if that is the reason or the restaurant's atmosphere is always that hot. I was sweating all over. Food quality is not bad. Rather large portions/sizes. Fresh too. Taste is also good. Staff are on the ball, helping to keep the place running and clean enough. Love the ice cream sticks provided after meal.

Happy with the service here by Jie Shen, food is ABUNDANT and really tasty too! Soups were good and tasty. Meat was fresh! Super generous the buffet came with a whole fish we topped up to the premium one but worth it! If you can eat a lot of fish it's free flow haha. Will come back again!

Had lunch at JiangHu with my family. We love that they serve individual hotpots — it’s convenient and enjoyable for everyone. We were served by Yaw Ba, who was friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our meal. Thank you for the pleasant and comfortable dining experience!
