Hands down the most welcoming and accommodating service, even providing me with refreshments throughout the process. Skilled staff as well being able to help me land on the look I wanted to achieve. Will 100% recommend to friends.

I’ve been coming to this salon since 2015, and I seriously love it here. Everyone’s super nice, the vibe is great, and they always take good care of me. Samuel is my go-to hairstylist — he’s the best! He always knows what will look good on me and gets my hair perfect every time. Definitely my favourite salon. I wouldn’t trust my hair anywhere else! 💇‍♀️✨

Been getting hair cut by Samuel boy for the past six years, and he has consistently delivered exceptional results. His talent and professional skill are truly impressive. He is more than just a stylist, he’s like a hair therapist. Every haircut is warm, attentive, and skilfully done. Always feel confident walking out of the salon, and love the way he styles my hair. Absolutely a well-deserved 5stars!

Great experience with Kristin, the senior stylist at Hairloom. As a first-timer, I was really impressed with her patience and how she took the time to explain every step of the process. She has good skills, especially when it comes to short haircuts and styling. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented stylist!"

My first time coming and will definitely be returning! I had the lovely Kristin, who listened to what I was after and created what I had envisioned but better. Thank you Kristin and the Hairloom team for such a great experience, I am over the moon with my transformation! ☺️

I have had the best experience at beautiful enormous Hairloom Salon. The team, the ambience and service were all lovely. Great hair cut by Alvin Foh, my stylist who delivered me the hairstyle that I wanted. He was very detailed, very patient in the consultation. The hair wash by young Canny was so good and relaxing too. Everyone was smiling and cheerful. Best of all, it's facing the Scotts road with such a wonderful view and sunlight.

Lucky to have Sandy cut and style my hair for more than 10 years. Thanks to him I often get many compliments for my hair. He is an award winning highly experienced hairstylist with great technique, knows all the latest trends and would recommend different styles for you to try. Sandy is also friendly and easy to talk to which makes visiting him at the beautiful and conveniently located salon always a great experience. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have super super thick hair and not everyone knows how to handle it well. One wrong move and the hair just explodes. But Sandy my man is the man to go to. I’ve been going to him for more than a decade! I’m always changing my style and he always delivers! Jap style, korean style, airy bangs, c curl outwards, airy perms, bohemian perm, all these are the styles that we tried!

I’ve been going to Sandy for quite some time, and every appointment just reinforces why I keep coming back. His attention to detail is always on point, and he really understands how to work with my hair. On top of that, he’s kind, attentive and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. I trust him completely with my hair and he’s never let me down.

My first time here and it was such a wonderful and authentic experience. Kristin nailed the look and understood what was best for my face shape, considering my preferences and needs, effortlessly. The ambience was great, balancing friendliness and space, making it a relaxing experience. Will recommend and come again!
