Tried to order using the app to redeem my birthday nuggets and use my points for a wrap, but unfortunately, neither went through. The ordering booth didn’t allow me to claim the items either, which made the process quite frustrating. Thankfully, I went to the counter and met Ganesh, the manager, who was extremely helpful and understanding. He kindly ensured I received both the wrap and nuggets, recognizing that the points had already been deducted. Really appreciate his excellent service and going the extra mile—thank you, Ganesh!

Quiet place with the motto better morning starts here but doesn’t serve breakfast. Located in Shaw house where its a mess with the escalator being fixed and there no clear signs where the lift is

Had a very bad experience. This place is very small and exhibits poor standards. It is very unhygienic, specifically noting dirty floors.

First time seeing a McDonald's that does not serve breakfast. That aside, the fries here are much better than other places because they put more salt. Nice view of Orchard Road and having a lot of natural light is a bonus.

Today May 9, 2025. I noticed that today I received only about half a portion fries. I only ate 2–3 pieces, thinking had fallen out in brown bag, but NO. Please ensure all items are properly before handing over to customers !!! Previous: I ordered (McDonald's app) to take away fried chicken but noticed that there were no napkins or chili sauce included, so bad. Additionally, my order was skipped in the queue, and I had to ask about it. This experience could be improved.

Very clean and modern library. Not the biggest but one of the most delicately designed National Library. Very fashionable and with a reasonable amount of space available. Good for a quick rest. At the entry there is space to park the bicycle. Easily accessible and quiet. Small exhibition available that’s within one of the open space area.

Eventhough this review isnt about this particular store at orchard instead its about the store at jewel changi one of the store worker named kaet if i remember correctly was making very rude remarks about how my friend stuttered when he was ordering and how i was stingy just because i bought a 6 dollar meal after the 7 dollar one was not available.I am only posting it here just because of how there wasnt a tag for the store at jewel changi.

Such a pretty library! If you are a book lover and looking for a quiet and peaceful place, then this is the answer. There are desks that f you want to study and comfortable seats for reading. It’s a bit tricky to find it: take the escalator to the 3rd floor inside the mall.
