I’ve a wonderful experience on this Raya day. Though the team is busy, they never fail to pay attention to me and provide the highest level of service standard. Had my haircut, color and hair treatment done by Adam and his assistants for my upcoming pre-wedding shoot. Adam is super friendly. He spent time to discuss with me on the expected outcome and provided his professional advice before he proceed. He came to check on my hair regularly and ensure that I’m comfortable throughout the process. His assistants too did a good job while washing and blow-dry my hair. I enjoyed the head massage so much. The result turns out perfect! Can’t stop loving the ash color and the curl that done by Adam. I’m looking forward to my next hairdo session now. Kudos to Adam and his team 👏🏼👏🏼 Update on 08 Sep 2024: Had color and highlight done by Adam again! And I love how it turns out ❤️❤️

This McDonald's is right next to Shaw Cinema, inside the Isetan building. The self-order kiosk is convenient, and the service is quick—perfect for when you're super hungry!

Used the app for redemption but apparently this outlet has no hash-brown (or breakfast) and the 200 points were deducted. Staff ignored me when I asked for help. Also witnessed a floor staff complaining to another customer for some random things, I am shocked. Happened at 10:20am today. Could be the app’s prompt fault but, attitude shows like the staff is not interested working in there.

Different options on the menu to what we are accustom to, but tasted just the same when we ordered our food. Nice that there was an option there for Gluten Free buns etc. Downside was the overflowing rubbish areas, made the place look untidy. Some of the issue was probably people not knowing how to follow simple instructions for recycling of the rubbish products.

I ordered hot fudge sundae, an americano and 1 fries without salt. I ordered table service as its inconvenient to get the food while pushing the baby pram. Order came with hot fudge dried up and salted, cold, soggy fries with salt. Staff ignored about the wrong order of fries so i went to counter to request for the correct order. Staff still argued that its correct before the manager step in. However, they forgotten about it, i got to go back to counter to remind them. After getting my order, i push my pram and took the food all by myself back to my seat. My first bad service encounter after having Macdonalds for so many years. Other branches have better service. Apart from the bad service, I still love the view from my seat with my baby pram. Its a good place for writing during weekdays.

A nice little McDonald's at Shaw Lido. Have some cheap coffee or burgers when you visit lido for a movie. Pricing is the same as outside.

Food: standard McDonald's food quality Service: Friendly staff who brought me the food to my table. There are only 2 self-ordering machines though. I had to wait for 2 groups of Lido staff (I think) who took flocked at the 2 machines to decide their orders. Atmosphere: Some areas are well lit some are darker. Not quite used to such lighting. I prefer and chose the brighter area at one corner to have my meal. Met a table of customers who were chatting non stop. Privacy is not there as I could hear their conversation very clearly and I had "nowhere" else to move to coz I felt lazy moving after settling down with my small luggage at my best spot and also because the seats there are quite limited at that outlet (though I could choose the darker areas at that time since not many customers dined in).

Standard McDonald’s meal with the usual quality. Ordered with mobile order and took about 5-10mins to arrive. I quite enjoy the large open windows of the building that allow natural sunlight to come in. Do take note it can get quite cold as the aircon here is really strong, as expected at a cinema.

Affogato is good! Sweetness of vanilla + bitterness of coffee is a perfect combination.

Convenient location to get a quick bite before or after your show though one must note that you cannot take their food in to the cinemas. There are some seats but this is a popular place and seats are often quite scarce.
