Yoshi and his team were excellent, very accommodating and constantly checking to make sure I’m comfortable. I had booked a later slot and accidentally forgot to mention that I’d need bleaching too, but even so, they did my hair and we didn’t go over the estimated time. The color recommended was a shade darker than what I previously had done at the KL branch, but still within a similar range & the final result was beautiful and would continue to be once the main colour fades!

first time visit salon number 76 and requested wolf cut from stylist Chunson. he advise me on how to style my hair and give suggestion on what kind of length and layers would suit me for the wolf cut. love the end result and got compliment for the hairstyle too. hair feels a lot lighter now. will definitely come back to visit and recommend people to come

After my hair was completely ruined by another salon (I have never experienced extreme breakage before but this salon gave it to me) I walked-in this morning without an appointment and explained my problem to Yoshi. The team were so so kind and patient and provided me with a consultation on the spot. His team explained several options that I could choose from with its respective pros and cons and allowed me to decide how I would wish to proceed. I coloured my hair and did a recommended treatment. During the entire process, they walked me through what they were doing and explained every step 💯 This was very important to me since I was freshly traumatised by the other salon lol. I am so so so happy and grateful for Yoshi and his amazing team for saving my hair!!! I will never visit another salon in Singapore again!!! Thank you!!! 🫶🏼❤️

My first time at number 76 salon and the service was good - enjoyed the bubble hair wash, they also kindly provided a drink and biscuit. I saw the Instagram post on the face framing hairstyle by Justin and requested to have it done. The hair cut was done well and he also provided advice (about my fringe etc). After that, he also styled my hair. Would definitely consider a return visit!

I came in feeling nervous and unsure how to explain the haircut I wanted, but Yoshi was so patient and kind throughout the whole process. He really took the time to listen and asked me for inspo pics, even when I wasn’t confident in them. In the end, he managed to capture the general idea beautifully, and I’m really happy with the result. I’m also grateful to the rest of the team! Everyone was welcoming and created an environment where I felt safe and comfortable, which made a huge difference. Thank you for making the experience not just about the haircut, but about feeling cared for too ❤️

Have been visited Number76 for my hair cut and color for more than a year. My stylist, Adam, is always giving me a good haircut and color. Always happy and satisfy with the result. He also showed me on how to style my new hairstyle.

Ive been going to adam since 2022 n he never disappoints! Always had a pleasant experience and my hair looks amazee when i leave. He knows my style well and always meet my expectations, 10/10 will recommend!

Visited salon on Wednesday for dyeing and highlighting of hair. Stylist quoted a price and I agreed before we start. The final price came out to be more than what was quoted. The results of the highlight is not worth the price paid. I do not wish to raise any concern after the visit but since i receive the survey from the company, I gave my honest opinion and feedbacks. Today, I received a call from the stylist and I was being questioned. He quoted that I might not be aware of how they charge since I have not done highlighting before. Is that a reason to increase the price since I have no experience? He said since I told him i do not want it too bright, he darken the hair till I cant even see the hightlight and claim that it will get obvious after a week or so. I understand his intention was to understand my concern and justify my review but I felt uncomfortable with this call and especially when he called during my working hours without telling me where he is calling from. If you all cant take honest opinion, I suggest that the company can remove or give the customer an option to opt out for surveys after visit.
