I’ve had a great experience training with Tessa! She is not only friendly and approachable but also very detailed in her coaching. She took note of my injury and was careful to design exercises that wouldn’t aggravate it, ensuring I could train safely. I really appreciate her patience and the way she corrects my form and posture, making sure I do each movement properly. At the same time, she is incredibly encouraging and pushes me beyond what I thought I was capable of. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and supportive trainer!

I’ve had a couple of months training with Tessa and I’ve loved it. There has not been one day where I’ve not looked forward to going to the gym to work out with her. She is knowledgeable and happy to explain the why behind everything we do. I feel completely safe and cared for in her hands. She is not afraid to push me when I need it but would stop everything if something wasn’t right. She is so cheerful and I feel so motivated when I’m with her (even when I’m exhausted). Couldn’t recommend enough.

He seeks to understand your body physical condition and tailor the training that best addresses the issues and suits the conditions. It is never one training plan suits all but customizes to each unique client with unique training plan that yields the optimal results. He is very patient too, never rushing to meet only the goals, but will pace out the speed to obtain long term sustainable results for his client. Didn't expect that training with a PT is so effective. I've been training with my trainer Mr. Luther Tan and I've seen my results clearly within 3 sessions. My weight that's never changed within 2 years increased 3kg within one month with muscle and I feel so much stronger than before. Every single training with him is fun, effective and super worth it . So I truly recommend as he was looking out for my diet everyday and also make a gym workout schedule for me according to my busy shifts. As a nurse who is working with changing shifts, the time adjustment is remarkable. Overcoming the comfort zone and becoming a better version of me, I truly appreciate my training days.

I have taken 3 sessions with Natalie so far and really enjoy her right-down-to-business approach. I have a tendency to be quite chatty and have fun in the gym so can waste a lot of time NOT exercising. She keeps me right on pace and moving to the next exercise (allowing for the appropriate 30 sec or 1 minute break between as needed), ensuring I am getting what I pay for. Which in my case is preparing for childbirth in the coming months and maintaining my strength and flexibility as my body changes. She accommodates every movement to my strength and comfort and ensures I stop if anything doesn’t feel right. She’s well versed in working with pregnant women, so I feel really safe pushing myself within our scheduled time together. Looking forward to continuing together!

I’ve been training with Tessa for a few months now and she’s great! She's super friendly, approachable and thoughtful. She tailors each session to how I’m feeling that day, whether it’s easing up during my period or ramping things up when I was training for a run. She also shares helpful tips on diet and recovery. Highly recommend her!

Had a trial session today with Hakim Rahim, and I’m seriously impressed. He not only guided me through proper gym techniques, but also taught me how to breathe correctly during workouts — something I’ve never paid much attention to before but now realize is super important. I could really feel the muscle burn and the intensity of the workout — in a good way! His approach is clear, patient, and motivating. He pays attention to form and makes sure you're doing each rep correctly, which makes a huge difference. After just one session, I knew he was the right trainer for me and immediately signed up for 30 sessions. Highly recommend Hakim if you're serious about seeing real progress and doing things the right way!

been here many times and loved the quality of their tonkatsu. Always with crispy texture and flavorful meat. Staff always ensure efficient service, got ourselves a nice tanle with nice views from our table.
