I had a fantastic experience at the clinic. The doctor was extremely professional, and the staff, especially Mandy, were incredibly helpful. Mandy took the time to explain everything about the under-eye filling procedure, which made me feel confident and well-informed.

Chose this clinic for Ultherapy Prime and I’m satisfied with the process! So many boxes were ticked: transparent pricing, no hard sell, a doctor experienced with ultherapy prime, friendly and professional staff, accessible location and availability of appointments, effective pain management mechanisms (medication, distraction techniques). I felt listened to, soothed during the process and very well taken care of. They really care in ensuring your comfort. I do recommend this clinic for ultherapy prime in Singapore.

Doctor recommends patients based on most expensive procedure rather than most effective ones. Hardselling by their sales consultants. Feels like a beauty chain salon with their sales consultants following you everywhere even into the doctor’s room. So weird when you are talking to the doctor and some sales consultant keeps hovering in the background. They’ll keep upselling and hardsell you. Very intrusive environment.

4 years on , after being based working overseas , I am back for their laser treatment. Surprised that prices do not change. Dr has been very meticulous as usual. Professional and situated in very good location within MRT proximity. What I like most that I will keep coming back is that prices are transparent and no hardselling. Comfortable throughout from sale to payment.

Dr. Mavis is highly experienced and takes the time to explain the treatment in detail without any upselling. She truly listens, and during the procedure, she was incredibly gentle - especially reassuring given my concern about pain. The staff are also very kind and supportive, which made the whole experience even more comforting.

I've seen Dr. Terence Tan many years ago (2015) and was really satisfied with his expertise! Now I'm back to see him again for a full face analysis and he was really patient with what I need, explaining every detail and the contour of my face thoroughly. If you see his blog on the website , he gives really knowledgeable content on all kind of face asethetics! I truly recommend his service as he has been in this industry for many years. He is a true veteran in Asethetics.

I had concerns about my tear troughs and went in for a consultation. That same night, the doctor went ahead and injected Sculptra under my eyes. It immediately created a large eye bag and sent me into depression. All they did afterwards was downplay the issue and offer me one free session of eye laser treatment. Avoid them until they actually know what they’re doing, instead of trying to make quick money

I had a great experience at Halley! I did filler and the Dr Terence Tan was very patient in explaining every step of the process. He took the time to show me the results along the way and explained everything thoroughly so I felt comfortable throughout. I really appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail — highly recommend!

Was my first visit to an aesthetic clinic and I am glad I found the right clinic with the right Doctor, Dr Mavis Pak is a very detailed and skilful doctor. She will explain different procedures available to treat my issues. I am happy to hear there are various procedures available and not just a single option. My procedure with her was fantastically done. My friends commented I look 5 years younger after her procedure and it shows almost instantly for my case. That shows how good her skills and ability to recommend right treatment to her patients. Worth the money paying for and I would highly recommend this clinic to whoever is looking for a good aesthetic Doctor. Last but not least, I must say they have very good supporting staff. Very responsive to enquiries and very polite too. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed the food & service here very much. Dining alone and asked for a window seat, Siew Keng is polite and accommodated my request with a smile. Really good start to my off day! Had the Crispy Bun with Condensed Milk+ Crispy Kaya Bun. Instantly lifted my mood haha.... comfort food. Milk tea is superb, taste like Hong Kong vibe. The Wonton noodles with dried shrimp is yummy too and I walked away a happy soul. Thank you Tsui Wah Team!
