Being the owner of an SME I often have to manage multiple tasks daily and being able to automate my processes will help me focus on tasks that generate revenue for the company. I am really thankful that I managed to get my HR processes automated by using the platform from Frontier e-HR. I have been using it since 2016 and have no regrets. The support is great and the platform is very user friendly.

As a HR generalist, i have to do many things in an efficient and productive way. For my company which is an SME, E-HR processes made the personnel & payroll data easily available anywhere. I have global managers in my e-hr system to approve leave for local employees. I am impressed by how easy it is for new employees to use the system. In terms of payroll, the process is seamless, saves times and can be done anywhere (telecommuting made possible because of the automating processes and for generating all the payroll reports). I definitely appreciate how easy and yet comprehensive the system is. The service team is also very patient with issues. Certainly recommend Frontier e-HR to companies esp those with a small HR team.

I've been using E-frontier software as our HRMS for nearly 8 months. Their responsiveness to queries, whether about Learning or Payroll, has been impressive. The software has greatly streamlined and enhanced our payroll processes, and I look forward to continuing our partnership with them. Additionally, p-file creation, salary adjustments (AI, AWS, PB/VC) are handled swiftly and accurately. They also provide Teamviewer support, which is very helpful when needed! My payroll is done by Cindy and have heard only positive comments about her from my past HR Manager (3 of them) since they've worked with Cindy for a few years, and I strongly agree on their comments, her strong professional work ethnics is remarkable.

Frontier has a wonderful support team they are very patient in hearing your issue and assisting in resolving it. Very professional team and the response time is fast.
