Amazing service The staff here know their stuff! I wasn’t sure whether to get Nike or Li-Ning for basketball, and they explained the pros and cons of each pair based on indoor vs outdoor use. Ended up getting exactly what I needed. Appreciate the patience and knowledge.

Great variety of sneakers! Visited Sneakers Club Orchard last week and was blown away by the selection. They had both the latest releases and rare pairs you don’t usually see in Singapore. Staff were friendly and didn’t pressure me, just gave good advice about sizing and comfort. Definitely my new go-to spot for sneakers.

- Incomplete Assessment: The assessment felt rushed, and there was little explanation about the medications prescribed. - Hard Selling: The GP frequently pushed their package and emphasized a "magical hot stone massage machine" that they claimed would relieve pain "faster." - Referral Concerns: The GP only referred me to his own clinic, which seemed biased. The price for services was also higher than average, and he kept highlighting my corporate health insurance coverage to justify the cost. - Unjustified Pricing: The cost didn't seem to align with the level of care provided. My pain worsened after the first session, prompting me to consult with another doctor for a second opinion. - Cleanliness Issues: The GP assured me that the bed was cleaned after every visit, but I noticed several hairs on the pillow.

I’ve been experiencing persistent neck pain and was treated by Charlotte. She recommended hotheal and manual therapy, and by the time I left the clinic, the tension in my shoulders and neck had noticeably eased. She was very thoughtful throughout the session and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I’m really happy with the care she gave, and would definitely recommend Charlotte!
