I love my current dentist alot but the incident with the clinic staff that happened today angered me so much I had to leave a feedback here. I had WA the staff at 10:35am to ask whether current patient is on time or I should head in later (since the last appt had me waiting 15mins past appt time), and the staff replied immediately, without bothering to check with the dentist, that I can come in on time. So I reached at 10:48am, not wanting to be late. And then proceeded to waste my time waiting until 11:25am to see my dentist. I felt my time was disrespected as a paying customer. I wasn’t even angry when I was expecting a delay but to make me come in on time just to wait when I could have ran errands during the delay, was unacceptable. I have been with my dentist before being here at Omni, and appts were usually on time or 5mins late at most. So to be made to wait more than 20mins at a private dental clinic is atrocious to me.

Dr Alyssia, Amanda, and Dr Tracy have always treated me very well—professional, caring, and with the gentlest hands. They truly make you feel comfortable and looked after. Highly recommended!

I am with Omni since its establishment@ Heeren in Orchard Rd. I visit Omni every 6 months to have my teeth checked and cleaned. I have full confidence with the dentists n staff of Omni. It is a well equiped dental practice. The dentists n staff are professional and friendly. The ambient is nice n warm and the pricings are reasonable.

Me and my husband visited recently and saw Alyssia for a routine check and cleaning. We were both very pleased with her work and the quality of cleaning- i have never had any dentist put so much dedicationto the cleaning so I appreciate it. She also made sure to explain me how to flow and answered all my questions.

I recently had a facial at Kosme orchard gateway, and I am absolutely delighted with the results! The staff were professional, welcoming, and took the time to assess my skin’s needs before recommending the best treatment. I opted for a hydration facial, and the experience was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. My skin feels softer, more hydrated, and looks much clearer. I really appreciated the personalized care and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to give their skin some extra love! I'll definitely be back for my next treatment.

Am here with Kosme Aesthetics for awhile now and I have received nothing but excellent service from the team. Their friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism is something that I always look forward to when I want to pamper my face!

I have been with kosme aesthetics for a while and my therapist is Shireen .she is very professional, friendly and neat . She will clean you up after the treatment and you won’t feel sticky or messy she is a very neat and polite person . She is very committed in her work . Her service is excellent. I just want to share that they really stayed true to their claims and did not hard sell. 🥹 In fact, they’ll even turn you away if they feel that you dont need the treatment. They did recommend another treatment to me but again with no hard selling. Thank you for that! …

I came as they claim they don't hardsell or sell packages, so I signed up for a 2-session trial. During consultation, the lady said it's recommended to do 3 areas (left side and right side of the tummy are considered 2 areas...) and consume the 2 sessions at once since she will do the lower tummy too. Then she proceeded to tell me it requires at least 4-6 sessions to see any effects. Basically, they claim that they don't hard sell but they still do. They brought me to this tiny room to hard-sell... And then they said no packages.. yes no packages but they try to sell a "membership" instead. Effectiveness of treatments aside, already turned off by the dishonesty of the advertising.
