I visited Fat Mom Kitchen today and it instantly became one of my favourite casual spots for comforting local food. The highlight here is definitely the Paper-Wrapped Chicken — super fragrant, juicy, and packed with flavour. It’s the kind of dish that makes you want to order a second portion. I also tried their Bak Chor Mee (minced meat noodles). The noodles were springy, the vinegar balance was just right, and the bowl came with generous toppings. Very satisfying. The staff were friendly and the food came out fast. Overall, a great place for affordable, authentic Singapore flavours. I’ll definitely be back!

Both the Seaweed Mixed Balls Soup and Paper-baked Chicken Rice were nice. The chicken tasted better than it looked. It was tender and had a herbal taste. Both items didn’t have much of msg taste.

Must try this stall! I brought my parents to Orchard for a morning walk, and we had lunch here – definitely a great choice. The food was very tasty and satisfying. The noodles were springy, smooth, and full of flavor. We ordered the garlic-flavored fried chicken – it was tender, juicy, and perfectly marinated with a rich garlic aroma. So good! Another must-try item is the paper-baked chicken. The herbal taste was strong and fragrant, and the chicken was juicy and cooked just right. Paired with their special chili sauce, it was a perfect match that really brought the flavors together.

Food is delicious and the price is not expensive. The paper wrapped chicken meat is soft and smooth, delicious👍.

Highly recommended their herbal paper wrap chicken and spinach meat ball soup. I have added scallion noodles as well.

The original paper-wrapped chicken was delicious , drumstick was big and very tender. We also tried the meatball/fishball soup, and the balls were bouncy and firm.The chicken cutlet noodles were also very good. The cutlet was crispy and flavorful.Really worth a try!
