I had a great experience at CHI Clinic during my two years in Singapore, and I highly recommend it, especially for expats. Dr. Colin and his team – Sara, Lynn, and Yasmeen – took excellent care of me. From the start, I felt comfortable with their professionalism and how they truly cared about my health. As an expat, it can be hard to find a good doctor, but CHI Clinic made everything easy. Dr. Colin took time to understand my medical needs and always answered my questions. The clinic is welcoming, and the staff – Sara, Lynn, and Yasmeen – were always friendly and helpful. Whether for regular check-ups or other treatments, I always felt well taken care of. A big thank you to CHI Clinic for all the great care I would definitely recommend CHI Clinic to anyone looking for good healthcare in Singapore.

I got the name of the clinic from our insurance. I contacted them more than 2 weeks before and asked for a direct billing to avoid the long procedure of submitting papers for claim. SURPRISINGLY, just when I come for my appointment, they inform me that I have to write in a paper my credit card references in case of billing rejection???!!!!... Just that!!! Or no direct billing !!!. In any moment this procedure has been shared before, despite I contacted them several times to be sure they contacted my insurance. THEY made me waste my time, I left and I won't recommend this place. So NON professional.

My kid has a skin issue so Dr. Fiona chang treats my kid very well kindly. All staff also are so kind as well. One of the staff gave him a plastic bag when he had a carsick and under the weather. Recommand here👍 …

This clinic is excellent in every aspect: Dr Soon is exceptionally caring, knowledgeable and professional and truly does his best to diagnose and understand your condition. The staff is very kind and professional and everything is run efficiently. And the clinic is a true one-stop-shop. I feel very fortunate I found this clinic.

Looking to purchase a Sealy mattress. Visited City square, Plaza Singapura, Isetan Scotts Takashimaya and Courts. All the Sales Personel were pushy and badmouthing Sealy own products carried at other branch as they all carry a different range. Only Courts at Herren we received the best service non pushy and very informative from their sales Personel. We decide to purchase an Elevate Ultra Lancelot mattress over at the outlet. Thumbs up for the passionate and patient stuff who genuinely care for the users and company interest.

I had a fantastic experience with Marilyn at Sealy Orchard Heeren! She was incredibly transparent with pricing from the start, which made the whole process so much more comfortable. What truly stood out, though, was her exceptional after-sales service. After we alerted her on Courts "New Homeowner" sale/ price discount, Marilyn followed through promptly and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s rare to encounter such genuine care and dedication—thank you for making the experience so reassuring and hassle-free!

Amazing corner in the Orchard Gateway. The decorations quite awesome. By the way, their pasta sauce taste good but noodle soggy (i guess maybe overcooked). Staff servicing ok but can be better. Anyway still worth it to have a chill lunch with friends.
