Been with Chez Moi for more than 3 years. Switched to here as I’m having super sensitive skin(always swollen after facial ), but eversince with Chez Moi, my face never swell anymore! Nicole is very experienced and always patiently explain and entertain all the questions I have.

PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!! Always force customer to take up packages and please take note* once you pay DEPOSIT(They will not refund or allow you to use to offset non-member price services. Basically they will eat up your deposit! ) They previously persuaded me to take up 10 session(classic gel manicure+pedicure)at $680. I keep refused so they ask me pay deposit first then I thought it was fine as I still can think about it BUT they didn’t even inform me that deposit once paid cannot be offset or whatever I need to take note of. As a paying customer I thought at least they should inform me but no they just want our money !! So today I came back and after doing my nails they ask me to pay off the balance of the package $480, I decided not to take up package already because they always don’t have the Color or design that I wanted to do and they always take in customer even when they are full, always take quite a while to finish up. So I ask them to offset today session from the $200 then the leftover I can come back next time and top up if necessary just so I can finish up my $200 deposit. They told me CANNOT so I just did 1 single session of normal classic gel mani+Pedi at a $200 cost. So ladies if you are still going there please be careful with them!! I’m never going back again. TERRIBLE! PS: I’m one of their regular customer, already finish one whole packages already! So not a one time event that I’m upset about. Hope this review helps more ladies to be aware of this Scamming shop at FAR EAST PLAZA.

The mistake I made was not reviewing google reviews of this place before coming. I confirmed the price outside: Express Gel mani & pedi Gel soak off for my hands Final price $58 The lady doing my nails started whispering about the details of the package which already sent alarms bells ringing. The package they wanted to sell me was $380 for 10 sessions which equals $38 per session so $76 for gel mani & pedi if I was to take a package. That is more expensive than what I would pay by just walking in?? $76 vs $58. The lady I was dealing with couldn’t understand what I was saying and essentially couldn’t understand the scam she was selling. Plus other nail salons around them are cheaper! She then persisted to haggle me and basically beg for me to buy a package. When her colleague found out I wasn’t buying a package she then started to beg and the whole experience was horrendous. They did this without shame and in front of their customers in the salon. The only way to get my point across was to eventually raise my voice. The quality of my nails was also not good - I will definitely not be returning.

I have signed a few packages with them since few years back. Their standard is getting really bad. When the manicurist removed hard skin on my daughter's finger, she actually cut her. Her finger was bleeding after. On the same occasion, the girl that was working on my pedicure cut so deep that I felt pain on my toes and screamed. Not once but twice. No apologies, just pretended like nothing was wrong. I need a refund. This is totally unacceptable.

Lisa is a terrible manicurist. She injured me while taking out my gel extension. See pic. They still have the cheek to charge me $25!!

Lately, I've been hurting my skin along with the cuticles of my nails every time, and the area has become suppurated. They don't seem to know how to disinfect equipment. The cloths are always dirty. Their technique never improves, and I have chipping 5 gel nails by the next time. The staff who have the proper skills are not able to do the obvious things like disinfecting, applying a thick layer of paint to the center, and applying gel to cover the back of nail. The gel always comes off and they never learn. Anyway, it's better not to buy package or go to this shop!

Poor quality of manicure products used. Upon getting an express manicure, the nail colors started to come off 4 days later. They do not stay no matter how long they were cured for. Nail artist are also constantly asking u to sign a package but doesnt uphold quality service with amount paid. Shouldn’t have signed a package and will not continue coming here after

very dishonest business. the staff literally tried to force me to add on a lot of services that i did not need. the staff were so rude with horrible attitudes. how can a salon that is not even well known charged $115 for mani (clear nails) and pedi (chrome), with no nail art involved?
