Good affordable bubble tea alternative considering it is inside a mall along orchard road. Really enjoy their fresh taro milk tea. Fast and friendly service as well.

Affordable bubble tea, not fanciful but some on the menu tasted like childhood

ice talk is a cheap alternative to other bbts here, hence i never had any complaints. However, their jasmine milk tea just tastes like milk tea. I had to wait because they were dealing with a large online order (thats fine) but when i scanned the QR code with google pay, the cashier asked me how i was paying by and i said favepay (it used to be accepted). I had already sent the payment when she told me favepay couldnt be accepted and she SCOLDED me “i already told u cannot use favepay right!” I get that it was my fault but its not my fault that when i scanned the QR code on google pay it still led to the favepay page ??? I was already waiting for awhile and this was so unpleasant

The staff with hijab is very friendly and has good customer service! Drinks are nice

New bubble tea shop in Somerset. Enjoyed the drinks, have the nostalgic neighborhood taste rather than the fancy imported bubble tea shops (quite a few in the same building). Staff are nice and there is opening promo (1 for 1)

Tucked away near the escalators in Orchard Gateway, this small bubble tea outlet is a delightful find. The drinks are decent, with a good variety of flavours, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for Orchard standards. It’s a great spot for a quick, refreshing treat while shopping. Perfect for bubble tea lovers looking for a quiet corner to recharge!

I am writing to provide feedback regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your store on 16/11/24 around 5:30-5:45 PM. While placing my order, I asked the cashier if it was possible to fill toppings up to half the cup and offered to pay accordingly for any additional toppings. However, I noticed the cashier seemed unsure, so I picked up the cup display set on the counter to better explain my request. I later realized that the display set was (loosely) secured with double-sided tape, which I understand may not have been appropriate on my part to take it, and I sincerely apologize for this oversight. What I did not expect, however, was the reaction of one of your staff members, who appeared to be a senior. She abruptly shouted and directed an expletive (“walao”) at me. Despite my apology and efforts to proceed with my order, she rolled her eyes and left the cashier to continue the interaction with me and my friend, making us feel uncomfortable. I understand my mistake and regret any inconvenience I may have caused. However, I believe the staff member’s reaction was unprofessional and unnecessarily harsh, especially since I work in the same bubble tea service industry. I am not seeking an apology, but I hope this feedback encourages you to provide better training for your team to handle situations like this with more professionalism and empathy. Thank you for taking the time to address this matter. I appreciate your attention and look forward to seeing improvements in the future.

Rude staff and terrible service ended up not buying anything as such service should be patronized. Checked with them to confirm on whether the pearl was free for the brown sugar milk tea, older person who was inside mentioned “you cannot see ah” twice A Malay lady subsequently responded “actually what you want” in a rude tone when I was asking for an manager or superior to speak to. Such service is unacceptable.

the workers on december 6 2025 were really kind and the drink vanilla oreo with pearls tastes so good , i am coming back when i can

Tried the xmas special, peach oolong tea (basic tea, what can go wrong). Its DISGUSTING, 3 sips and threw it away. (I gagged) Their drinks aint worth your money. Go NTUC for cheaper, better quality tea.
