The staff were really friendly and helpful. I like that you are able to customise your facial treatment such as the thoroughness of the extraction process. The staff were also professional and would help you determine the suitable type of treatment for your skin type.

Have been with Beauty 21 for over 10 years or more. Visited when I had pimple issues on my cheeks and chin back then, I was very depressed! Mary saved me with her extraction skills and gentle facial treatments. There is no scarring and my skin has been smooth and bumpless for many years, thanks to her expertise. The most important experience is there is no hard selling of packages or products, I have never once been asked to buy anything in the past 10 years. No stress facials are the best, thank you Mary and the lovely staff of Beauty21! Love the convenient location next to Somerset MRT too.

i really liked the service here - the beautician was just the right balance of chatty and calming. she didn't talk to me the whole time, and gave me the space to just luxuriate in silence too. i always end up dozing during facials, and I'm glad the experience was unobtrusive.

I’ve been to Beauty 21 for years and this new location is definitely an upgrade. A more upscale, spa-like interior allows me to enjoy my teen facial treatment even better. My therapist Lai Kuan, who apparently has been at Beauty 21 for over 20 years is very skilled and delicate. Highly recommend this place for their traditional facial treatments.

Loved the service here! Did my facial here recently due to a pimple breakout and it was resolved. They do the traditional extraction facial here which I needed given my acne prone skin. Came back again recently, service standards are still as good!

I had Classic Anti-Oxidation OMEGA Luminious Facial last week and it was the best facial ever! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable explaining step by step the treatment. My face feels clean and glowy right after the treatment, cant wait to go back again!

Got my haircut and colouring done by Chew and I'm so happy with the outcome! He's really friendly and patient, and took time to talk through what would suit me best before starting. I felt very comfortable the whole time, and he made sure everything was done with care and detail. The colour turned out beautiful and the haircut fits me perfectly. Really appreciate his effort and professionalism - highly recommend Chew if you want a stylist who truly listens and delivers great results.

I got my hair colored and cut by Chew today, including some soft highlights. I really love how it turned out — the layers frame my face perfectly and the color looks so natural and fresh. The best perming experience I have in town! Love the retro style! My half grey half black mixed hair is bit challenging for most hairstylists to make the curls evenly, but with Mr Chew who’s very experienced in different hair textures, the result turns out all curls are bouncy and cute 😄 Thank you Mr Chew, not only managed my hair delicately and gently, but also crafted with listening patiently and carefully my requests, I appreciate that you always try the best to mirror the hairstyle of each client’s inner charm and individual story.

Dean was recommended to me 10 years ago when I first moved to SG. Having lived and worked in Europe, he is very experienced dealing with blonde (and wavy) hair so I feel I am in great hands. I'm always happy with the colour he does. Dean is very warm and friendly and listens to what you want. I'd highly recommend coming to see him at Kelture.
