What I like this hair salon at Orchard is the private room concept. Really enjoy the privacy. Also feel safe since I do not need to sit beside strangers. My hair stylist Janson did a great job with my hair cut and colour. Just that they close at 8pm which is quite early.

Got a haircut at The Hair Tailor, from a medium length to a pixie cut. Janson was amazing, professional and recommended me on which style would suit me best and it turned out great! Really glad I found this place and will be heading back.

Very chic boutique and has privacy. I love coming to this place for my hair treatment. After a stressful time at work, it’s a great place to unwind and get my hair done. Look for Eavan from Genesis hair here;)

On 27/09/2025, after an MRI appointment at Precious Diagnostic Imaging, i went for retail therapy at Metro. I wish to compliment on your staff Hilda Ong, from shoe department. She attended to me. She was very patient. I have customised insoles, so need to transfer mine to the new shoes. She took out the foot bed of the said shoe and i replaced the insole with mine. She even went the extra mile to look for a shoe horn, the smallest available to be used for my upcoming vacation, upon my request. I just had knee injury thus cannot walk much. She is of great help. That day i felt happy as i got a comfortable shoe suitable for me. I have a few foot issues, bunions and flat feet.

Was attended by a very helpful and friendly salesperson. She was very thoughtful to my request of not wanting to spend too much as I had to 5 boxes of briefs and suggested the ones on offer. They were at affordable price.

Ms. Jasdine Hor & Ms. Sara Goh (trainee) are absolutely gems of the store. Im a very clumsy person and they quickly without hesitation volunteered to assist me with the gift wrapping. Im so so grateful they probably saved a whole afternoon of my time. This is the reason why I will keep supporting Metro- they have the nicest staff. Keep it up! ❤️❤️

I had a great shopping experience at Metro Paragon. The Triumph staff especially Yuki and Anna were patient, knowledgeable and helpful. At the cashier, the staff Ms Chai Yow Lian was especially kind and thoughtful. She patiently helped me redeemed my vouchers and ensured I received everything I was entitled to. Truly one of the best experiences I have had at Metro. Thank you to the team.

Had a great offline Black Friday shopping experience at Metro again. Hilda Ong at the shoe department was patient and knowledgeable. She brought me multiple sizes of various brands. Love it when one has a successful shoe shopping day!

A happy n contented cust. Run errands in Paragon metro ..browsing for gifts. So many new trendy merchandise in d store unlike b4. I was served by this service staff name Ms Shan, she so welcoming n carries a bright cherry smile. She recommend many items,to me but not pushy ,very patience going thru items n items that I like to see..in d ends makes a lot of spending in Metro but im happy. We need more service staff like Ms Shan so courteous, welcoming and very service oriented. Kudos to Metro to have staff like Ms Shan, and Thank Shan for serving me today a truely happy Customer!
