Metro has always being my favourite place to shop when I visit Singapore. The one department that I truly enjoy is the shoes department. I was served by Hilda today. She walked to me and extend her service. She was so helpful and went all out to get me the size of the shoes for me to try and also help to adjust the size. She was very professional and extremely pleasant and helpful Thank you so much 👍

Yesterday I had the opportunity to browse through the revamp ladies apparel section and was attracted to a golden coloured blouse under the New Found label. The staff Wilson promptly assisted me to get 2 sizes to try.. the M size was a little tight and the XL size was too loose. Wilson suggested if I really like the blouse , I could opt to order in the L size. However that would mean I would be having to pay for the blouse without even knowing whether it would fit me right. I asked if it would be better to purchase the XL size and see if I can have it altered. Wilson informed me that the Metro in House seamstrss is very experienced and charges reasonably. Hence, he accompanied me to the seamstress, Joyce, who very confidently showed me how she could alter the blouse to fit me. After making payment, Wilson asked if I would like to get updates on new arrivals and hence I gave him my contact. Am very pleased with Wilson’s friendly prompt service, explanations, politeness and suggestions. He also showed that he was willing to go the extra mile to Update customers on new arrivals.

We were browsing and exploring our options in the luggage department when Jeff from Eminent approached us and patiently explained the features of the different luggage models . As Jeff was very helpful and provided great service, we decided to purchase the KK74 model even though we did not plan to do so on that day.

Metro Paragon - a pleasant shopping experience for me. Stopped by in the evening to get a last-minute bag for an upcoming trip. Staff serving me was very friendly and assisted with the checkout transaction seamlessly but not hurriedly. Recommending a smooth shopping experience for the festive seasons.

Served by a part-timer Tim Yang. My cousin was buying Christmas decor. He was so helpful, explaining and testing functions. Very good service. There are more items but huge so not taking pics.

Metro has good customer service. It’s not intrusive quiet polite and helpful. I bought a great pair of shoes for my daughter and a love in house Kirk wood jacket for my husband. The sales assistants were efficient and knowledgeable. A very pleasant experience and handy for purchases for different departments in the same store. The customer experience was great

The bedding department at Metro is the store’s saving grace. A refreshing change to the dull dreary feel that emanates across all the other floors. There is a wide range of goods here and the quality is so much better than the overpriced branded junk you get at the boutique stores. What makes this place truly special is the excellent customer service skills of the salesgirl Elsie. Elsie is extremely personable and knowledgeable - a rare individual that went out of her way to ensure I was happy with my purchase. As long as Elsie is there, I will continue to return and make more purchases.

I had an excellent experience at Kulture Hair Studio. My partner recommended Jason after she had extensions put in that she absolutely loved, and I’m glad I took her advice. Jason was thoughtful in explaining what would suit me best, and the results of my haircut and perm turned out amazing. The whole process felt professional yet personal, and I left really happy with the look. If I’m ever in Singapore again, I’ll make sure to wait and get my haircut here. Highly recommend!

I've been a customer of Beauty 21 since my early 20's and their service level has always been very good and consistent. Recently I've tried their eyebrow beautification service and I must say that I'm very happy with the result, as the effect is very natural and even. I'm someone who is very particular about the arch and shape of my brows and Beauty 21 has met my expectations! Thanks Mary and Ros! :)
