I was pleased with the service here. Deal was ard $70+ additional $20 hair scalp treatment + $15 for mid-back hair length. Hairdresser Jansen had kindly explained abt the charges, appreciate for no hardselling/pressure from this place and would also discuss abt outcome of the hair colors/hair quality. Would revisit again.

Thank you Janson from The Hair Tailor for the pretty pink hair! Janson was meticulous, patient and very friendly. I wanted a more layered look and he recommended putting in highlights of another shade of pink. Loving the new look! I find the concept of The Aesthetic Concierge very interesting. It's a one-stop place where you can get your hair, nails, facials and other aesthetic services done. You'll be in a private space while getting beautified, which felt comfortable and like a 'VIP'.

First time visiting a departmental store concept where you can get all the beauty services in one go (medical aesthetic, hair, nail and spa). I came to try out the manicure. Maya gave me a top notch service with her patience and her professionalism. I like how the room is cozy and private too with a stunning garden view overseeing Orchard Road. Will definitely come back for more services!

Never again ! The stylist completely misunderstood my expectation and inspite of me asking to stop cutting, continued. As a result, I am left with a hair cut that would continue to be a point of embarassment for a few months before I grow my hair out.

Janson was super professional and friendly, and he understood exactly what I wanted. Nice to chit chat with. Topped up for hair colour and treatment, but still super value for money. Good recommendations for hair colour and hair style, and overall a very positive experience.
