I had an amazing shopping experience at Love, Bonito Somerset 313 while looking for the perfect outfit for my company's Christmas dinner. I was assisted by Izza, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She offered great suggestions, shared her opinion on which outfits looked best on me, and even picked out options for me to try. As someone who loves to dress up but isn’t always sure how, it felt like I had my own personal fashion advisor! Thanks to Izza, I found the perfect outfit for my team dinner. Keep up the great work!

Was at Love, Bonito to get some items I needed for the coming week, not to join the 11.11 chaos. Was told two of the pieces I wanted had no more new stock. I asked the cashier to help check if the ION Orchard outlet had them, and she said both were out of stock there too. The pink crossover knit top had loose frays at multiple places and didn’t look great, so I double checked if it was still available online — she said no. I decided to just get the display piece, believing her. Right after I popped by ION, and there were two other pieces in my size available on the rack that were in much better condition. Now I’m stuck with a defective top because of the no exchange rule during the sale. Honestly disappointing.

I had a disappointing experience at the Somerset branch today. The staff at the cashier came across as disinterested and unapproachable. I wasn’t asked if I wanted to check the new piece before payment too and the whole process felt rushed and robotic. During the payment process I opened the packaging in front of the cashier since she didn't ask if i wanted to check the item, but instead of offering assistance or checking if everything was in order, I was just stared at, which made the interaction feel awkward and unwelcoming. There was also no thank you or basic courtesy, even though I thanked her and was met with awkward silence. Overall, the lack of warmth was quite surprising, especially compared to the much better service I received at the ION outlet just about 20 minutes earlier. 09/09/25 morning, 11am+

i love everything about this brand, it has this clean and fresh aura. and their clothes are really suitable for this weather. thank you, love bonito and i will purchase again soon!

Came across their store at the Paragon Mall on Orchard St. Absolutely amazing variety and very delicious snacks. Super fresh and good packaging. The team who served us were very professional, courteous and funny. One of my many highlights while visiting Singapore :)

Today they had a stall in Cold Storage. Amazing vegetarian options are available. They also give sample pieces to taste. The person available behind this stall was very patient and kind and allowed us to pick our choice of Chips. I would highly recommend this place

Kin No Mame, Plaza Singapura. Products are fine but staff attending at the counter needs retraining. She pulls a long face when I enquire about a certain product. With such an attitude, she should not serve customers at the counter. Please let her work in the storeroom or else please ensure she can handle enquiries with appropriate manners. 🟩 I like eating Kin no Mame's Wasabi coated peanuts. 🟦 I have come across their pop up kiosks at various malls at Orchard Road before. ✳️ It seems they have a permanent kiosk at Paragon Mall B1 Level food hall. ● I recently bought a packet of their wasabi powder coated nuts again from Paragon mall. ☘️ The shell of the peanut snack is crispy and the wasabi powder can sting your mouth and nose at the same time. But I really love snacking on these nuts:)

Super yummy soba! This restaurant has been here for years and it’s still very very popular and good. The soba cold or hot is very fresh. Authentic! Lunch deals are simply amazing!
