Clean classy ambience with happening vibes. Nice place to hangout. Hot Matcha was flavourful and creamy.

The café latte is really nice, but the service could be improved. Waiting times are quite long even with many staff at the counter, and customers have to cap their own coffees. It would be great if these areas could be looked into, as it’s otherwise a lovely café.

Alright, folks, listen up! Donkey and I were meeting our friends at 313 Somerset for a birthday celebration, but we arrived a little early. We decided to grab some coffee at % Arabica, which we'd been wanting to try for a while. We've always loved the aroma of coffee wafting from the shop, and we were finally able to try their brews. The Good: • The Coffee: The coffee was truly amazing! It was more flavorful than any other coffee we've had in Singapore, and the aroma was just incredible. The coffee blew us away! It was definitely worth the price. • The Spanish Latte: I wanted something a little sweeter, so the barista recommended the Spanish Latte. We both ordered one, and at $9.60 per cup, it came out to $19.20 for both. We absolutely loved it! It was full of aroma and the sweetness was just right for me. • The Atmosphere: The atmosphere is fantastic. It's cozy and inviting, with a touch of futuristic decor. It was a great place to relax and chat while we waited for our friends. The Quirks: • Nothing really stood out as a “quirk” in this review. Donkey’s Note: The coffee was incredible! It was so flavorful and aromatic! My Note: I loved the Spanish Latte! It was so creamy and delicious! Stopped by for a coffee & croissant. They have a brew taste of dark roast, rich and piping hot. I find this characteristic to be consistent across the few locations in Singapore. As the wait took a while, I asked if I could have a cup of water while waiting, and they were able to accommodate despite the busyness back there. Their service is friendly and energetic, which is wonderful. The croissant was okay, but I am unlikely to get that croissant for that price when I patronise %Arabica. It was big (which is good), but it was dry and slightly cold for me. Overall, it was nice to have a break there, people come and go after their coffee, and I had a good short break with a rich warm cup of coffee.

The rate is so good. Instruction how to get to China Money Exhange: From the ground, at Orchard Gateway, take the lift to go down to B1 floor. It is next to Mango Ice (drink shop). and it’s opposite Scarlett shop.

The rate from SGD to RM is much lower than other stores.

QX at the Plaza Singapura outlet is a real gem when it comes to delivering top notch customer service. She is very friendly, pro-active and went the extra mile to look for the size that I needed. I rarely encounter such a good service in this industry which prompted me to spend a few minutes to share my pleasant experience. I hope QX continues to do her job with great pride as it’s clearly reflected in the service she has just provided me.
