Interesting ice cream place where u can select the base , the mix and the toppings. Omakase style , taste nice and not too overly sweet. Good priced too

Recommend for people who loves sweets. The ice creams are really really sweet. We got the premix D24 Durian flavor, the sweetness taste dead sweet. It does not taste like authentic durian in it, or it was mixed too much with the other flavors. The other customized we chose are random bites toppings added on top. Salted caramel was realllyyyyy salty. The service on that day was good, one thing is we asked for serviette and we got one, with stains of cream from their gloves. Yep, a one time experience for us.

Despite paying almost 10 bucks, it's worth every penny for its sumptuousness. The ingredients were so generous and thick cut that it put some of our local beef noodles to shame. But with that said, the minced beef on the noodle probably concoct better with Kway Teow or even rice rather than the Mee Kia that I ordered. The clear soup also lack distinctiveness, good thing was that it doesn't taste gamey but it also doesn't taste like beef soup at all.

Sept 2025. Recently had this in Bukit Bintang Lot 10 basement and it surprised me, was no beef noodle I ever had. Decided to try the Orchard Gateway version a month later . Was still good , but noodles not as springy, and beef parts not as soft but happy to see a curry upgrade option ! Made the difference . Special beef noodles which I strongly recommend. The dark dry minced beef in the noodles still the saviour

颂记牛肉面 Definitely the best and most unique beef noodle soup in Singapore. A quick search shown that they origin from Penang, KL, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, now the first branch in Singapore. Don't be too used to Singapore style thick gummy sauce. This authentic stall is Hakka style- if you go Malaysia, you ll find them, not many of them. One is at Batu Pahat (called Hakka Taste)- the beef sauce is superbly solid with beef falvourful taste, without additive starch to make it thicker. The soup is the clear type without soy sauce to make the color dark. The thick chewy beef cuts, thin sliced tenderness, very soft beef stomach, such a skillful blend of different textures of ingredients (if you order mixed style). For this price $9.80 after covid, it definitely beat Tai Hwa's pork minced noodle which charges $10, coz the ingredients are solid fresh beef! It's not the first time i taste this stall. I find myself keep coming back here, because it's really authentic. Cant seem to find another one in Singapore. Let me know if you know!

Love the garlicky soup and tender beef. Very comforting.

Yellow noodles are reserved for curry only, you can't mix noodles type. Are there anymore T&Cs we should know before ordering?
