Went to Wisma outlet recently. It was crowded, and there were no seats available. One of your staff, Maria, stood out with her excellent service. She was proactive and attentive, approaching customers to check if seats were taken and going the extra mile to help us find a spot. Thanks to her effort, she eventually secured two seats for us. I would like to commend Maria for her initiative, thoughtfulness, and dedication to customer care. Her actions made our experience much more pleasant despite the crowd, and I truly appreciate her going above and beyond.

Very cozy place, very attentive staffs. We ordered two slices of cakes. The staff noticed that we have 2 kids and they got the two kids plastic forks. The adults got metal forks! Very observant and attentive staffs. Comfortable place to chat over coffee. Quiet place too. I love the fact that they serve iced water too!

Ordered a hot peppermint chocolate latte, does not have any taste of peppermint nor chocolate. I did not want any coffee as well as I suffer from serious gastric pain from coffee. Secondly I’ve always enjoyed the holiday seasonal drinks especially chocolate peppermint but this taste nothing like it. Yet it’s more expensive than Starbucks! Felt like I’ve wasted my money. $9+ for a cup is ridiculous!

Slow service, price seems to be a bit more expensive if I am not wrong. Place is better decorate than most coffee bean stores. Maybe it is a slightly higher end kind. But the seats and tables are so cramped together. Besides next table's diner being intrusive, must also be v careful not to disturb others. Way tooo tooo near. Worse than a food court. Seems that got patron / staff occupying a whole big table without order. Nope ... will not waste my choice to dine or chill here.

This place is so crowded. You can't sit more than 60 MINS. Coffee is normal for me. The taste is like a KO-PE COFFEE in Thailand. It' s not a place to sip and chill.

The whole shop has only 2 staff working. Customers are packed, abt 20 people at the time. Tables are full of left overs... not a pleasant place to sip a cuppa

Cute little corner of Wisma, greeted with warmth always. Bar counter set up is genius. Right in the front. Right in the middle. So modern and tidy. It puts me at ease. Great service crew. Rupah & Gabi thank you for making my day. Drinks are always made with care. Never disappointing.

I went to Vintage Studios with my sister for a scalp treatment, and it was such a good experience. The staff who took care of me, Cody and Jeff were super friendly. Cody explained everything about the treatment in detail and what was best for us but didn't pressure us to upgrade, which I really appreciated. Jeff was also very enjoyable to chat with—he kept things light and fun and was the one who did the treatment for me. We even got free drinks, which was a nice bonus. Overall, Vintage Studios (at least for the Somerset outlet, because I can't speak for the rest) is a solid spot for a scalp treatment, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for great service and a comfy atmosphere.
