The only male staff on duty when I was there was rude and unhelpful. Seems his idea of customer service was to not serve anyone and to turn all potential customers or existing customers away. His attitude was exceptionally poor and I wonder why he chose to be in support with this kind of manners. I went to Concept, Sim Lim, 1 hr travel, bought a new watch!! If you dont plan to be helpful then please closed the expensive rental front at 313!!

I’d like to sincerely commend Joyce and Julie for their outstanding support during my recent visit. I came in unable to access the Play Store, and they spent 1.5 hours patiently troubleshooting the issue with me. Though my phone had been jailbroken and was difficult to fix, they were never judgemental. Instead, they showed remarkable patience, clarity, and kindness, explaining the technical challenges and were determined to help me find solutions — in fact, I left with more functionality than I had before. They answered all my questions patiently, understood my frustrations, and completely changed my mind about leaving Huawei. Their professionalism, empathy, and technical skill were truly impressive. I'm very thankful for them (:

Long waiting time for sending or collecting the phone, even though a few customers are around and many staff inside the store.No spare part for certain phone models to repair, still the Center took long while (few weeks) to find out this . Staff named Julie was rude toward the customer and no proper channel to complain against her service attitude. Lousy service!

Very cozy place, very attentive staffs. We ordered two slices of cakes. The staff noticed that we have 2 kids and they got the two kids plastic forks. The adults got metal forks! Very observant and attentive staffs. Comfortable place to chat over coffee. Quiet place too. I love the fact that they serve iced water too!

I like to dine in here due to the cosiness of the place but the staff in particular if she is on shift can really get on my nerves, an Indian lady. Not my first having a bad experience with her. My first experience was having my drink very diluted, the next time I came and feedback she made the drink overpowering too much chocolate and today 27 July, she made me wait almost 30min for my drink. I realized people who just came over got their drink but not me, it wasnt crowded at all at 7.20pm when i ordered upto now 7.55pm. She can go for her break, stroll in smiling and when I asked for my drink she was shocked and said she will do right away. Delivering my drink without any apologies. Didn't want to rate this but I am just pissed!

My go-to hideout for coffee in town. Very laid back set up and super cosy. I can just buy a cup and sit there for 2 hours. Love the place! Update on 19 May: how did a frap get so ex for a regular cup? 9.60$ for one. Its crazy. Even their desserts are priced at $10. O m g

Really nice atmosphere in the stall for sure had the vanilla latte decaf which was great staff were really quite friendly overall not too bad I would say overall.

Went to Wisma outlet recently. It was crowded, and there were no seats available. One of your staff, Maria, stood out with her excellent service. She was proactive and attentive, approaching customers to check if seats were taken and going the extra mile to help us find a spot. Thanks to her effort, she eventually secured two seats for us. I would like to commend Maria for her initiative, thoughtfulness, and dedication to customer care. Her actions made our experience much more pleasant despite the crowd, and I truly appreciate her going above and beyond.

Terrible order management, they placed only two staffs here to handle the whole store, and it took 15 mins for me to get a simple drink here. While we are waiting, we can also see half of the store are sitting without drinks… waiting for their drinks and foods too. Serious note to management, if you gonna run the store like this, be ready to close down, no matter how good is your renovation and rebranding.
