I’ve had two sessions so far with Tessa Ong from ReFormd and I’m genuinely impressed by the level of care, detail, and expertise she brings to her work. From the very beginning, she paid close attention to the specifics of my challenges: my bad back, injuries, posture, movement patterns, and the little nuances that often get overlooked. Her ability to observe and correct in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming has made a huge difference in how confident I feel during our sessions. Even when correcting form or pushing me a bit further, she does it in a way that feels encouraging and empowering. Overall, I’m really happy to be working with her as an 45 year old with aging challenges and already feel the benefits of her guidance. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly invested in their clients’ well-being. She’s absolutely a professional and deserves recognition for the excellent work she does.
