I bought the rings in Feb 2025. The ring was worn very carefully. Job is a nurse, never do much rigorous activities. Always took the rings out if doing sports or anything more physical. On march 2025 the diamond dropped out. Went to fixed it, was asked to pay money, so no warranty. Happy to receive the ring but had to depart with the ring for fixing for about a month. In July 2025 the crystal at the sides dropped out. Now i have to pay more money to fix it again. I have no good comments about this ring except for the price. Thanks.

Went to Orro to get a proposal ring for my then girlfriend, waited for 3 weeks before the ring was ready. Upon collection, noted there were 3 dents on the ring. Informed the staff and he suggested if i still wanted the ring despite the dents noted. I requested for a new ring and the staff again suggested that he could polish the ring. Staff tried to polish and nothing changes, i insisted that i wanted a ring replacement. Was told that I had to wait for an estimation of 3 weeks before the replacement ring will be ready. Thankfully, it was ready within 2weeks. Had to postponed my proposal plans due to this incident. In summary, the service recovery is poor. Staff should've done a quality check prior to customer's collection day. Should there be any flaws found on the ring, they should have contacted me and immediately ordered for a ring replacement rather than me having to make 2 trips down. As a luxury jewellery brand such incidences could've been dealt with better. Although it was only 3 dents, for the price paid i would expect a flawless product since my fiancee will be keeping the ring for life. Quite disappointed with the service rendered.

Eileen (I hope I spelled your name correctly) was very patient with me and my fiancé. I am a very indecisive person overall and Eileen helped me with the selection of rings when I told her our budget and type of style. It took me a while to decide but Eileen stayed patient throughout. She even gave me her opinions on which style she thinks suits me (thank you Eileen). She even helped to ensure that the ring I chose can be paired with the wedding band. The average waiting time for the rings was 4-6 weeks which is not too bad! Definitely will recommend coming here! And will definitely be coming back for our wedding bands soon :)
