I wanna give a shout out to Myca the sales assistant who was so kind and had a vast knowledge on all the products. I was trying to find a present for a friend and was overwhelmed with all the options and didn’t know where to start or what to look for and she gave me many suggestions from different brands and throughly went through each product to help me choose the perfect gift within my budget. Due to the short handed staff of only having her in the store, she had to juggle many customers and attend to the cash register halfway through, but she was so attentive and polite enough to apologize when she left me to attend to someone else while I considered my options. She was very patient while letting me try the testers and I loved how positive and passionate she was about her job! I got the perfect candle from the store and will visit again when she’s around.

Dropped by Escentials Paragon on a public holiday evening. not many shoppers. The beautiful store sales rep gave me the freedom to roam and explore. the sales rep made me feel welcomed, was not judging, and never pushed hard to sell some random scents. overall i really enjoyed my visit. i was so happy to discover scents that ive been wanting to try. and she was so accommodating. the store has quite impressive stocks. only the Amouage Guidance is unavailable. Thank you beautiful sales rep you make me want to go there again and again and i hope local sales rep can learn a thing or two from you.

We are very impressed with Jastoni’s knowledge on the every perfume and history of the brand. His sharing on the history of the brand makes us appreciate the perfume we bought. He also gives very good recommendations that suits your personality. This shop has niche brands that you seldom see outside. Will find Jastoni definitely if I wanna buy perfume again

Been a loyal customer of Escentials since 2021 and I’m always so happy with the service rendered by the beautiful Janice at Paragon Escentials. She knows EXACTLY what my scent profile is and she has introduced me to so many hidden gems. Purpose 50 is probably one of my best purchases. Kudos to the team and Escentials and a huge thank you to Janice especially for truly being so patient and assisting me. She is so vivacious and so bubbly. I was having a really bad day after work and stopped by Escentials. The moment I came over and saw her, she lifted my spirits and knew exactly what I needed to make me feel better. She wasn’t pushy and took her time to find the right scent for me. I’m really so happy to see such wonderful staff in Escentials. Huge thank you again, team! 💕

There's option for small or large bowl for the fish bowl. Fish was fresh and soup was satisfying. The portion was huge even for a small bowl of soup. Overall, it was a satisfying meal at the food court.

The Teochew style fish soup was served in a metal dish and came with a separate portion of rice. I find the soup too salty. Portion was quite generous esp the rice. Since it would be wasteful to throw away, I requested for a small plastic bag to takeaway half of the rice. Incidentally another customer after me also did the same. While the cashier was nice enough to hand out the plastic bag, the cook was grumbling and said some negative remarks right in front of customers. A small plastic bag costs next to nothing. I was not even asking for a takeaway container, I hope the stall would be more supportive of sustainability and zero waste.

King Grouper Fish Soup is located in Food Republic in Wisma Atria Shopping Mall (at its highest level). It is a stall in Food Republic food court and has two queue lines for ordering/payment and collection of food. The fish is smooth and soup is tasty. The dish is definitely on the pricer side. Overall, it is good once in a while.
