After watching Samsung’s big launch event, I quickly ordered their Fold 7/Watch Ultra bundle and tried using my $50 voucher (paid $10 for it), but it didn’t work. I called support immediately but got no assistance, only repeated claims that the voucher was working. Even after multiple follow-ups, nobody addressed the likelihood of a site issue, implying I’d simply missed using the code. I gave up and asked for a refund. Disappointing experience for a loyal customer since the Note 4.

Sadly lacking in terms of service and credibility. A group of poorly groomed teenagers, who came across as temporary retail staff, probably earning extra pocket money during school holidays... the bunch of them were huddled so closely together, busy gossiping away - no social distancing being practiced in store by these staff themselves even though covid measures are certainly still mandatory during this period. I simply couldn’t believe my eyes and ears that this is the Samsung showroom at 313! I had requested for ear buds to be sanitized so that I could pair it with my phone to try them out. One of the staff simply took out an alcohol swab & passed it to me, then turned away to continue gossiping. Pairing with our phones are not allowed because all ear buds on display were paired by default to other Samsung phones on display too. Ear buds on display were spoilt anyway, questioning its product durability. What a shame! After what we have observed within this showroom, we decided to pass over Samsung products for good. The Samsung experience at their 313 outlet was certainly a very poor one. Poorly managed. Not recommended.

Although I already bought the item, I compared prices later and found this store charges higher for non-Samsung accessories than other decent stores like Challenger. I’ll be more careful next time.

Bought the samsung 7 flip as my HP the batt is draining. At first dont really have the heart to purchase coz its expensive as its just launch on 1st aug. So he (Victor) approached me and my friend. Straight away i ask him the promo and the payments method. So im glad that theres alot of voucher and discounts! So i bought it! He explain it very clearly as im abit slow to understand! And he did find for me the 'free gift' himself! As i was too busy talking with my friend and calculating the price. He did a very good job indeed! Explain how to trs from HP to HP very well mannered! Thank you Victor @ Samsung Somerset!👍

Absolute worst experience ever! None of the team have any idea about the products or functionalities. No service for existing customers that bought a flagship product (fold7 @ $2,000) either. This would have NEVER happened at Apple.

Came here recently on a weekday evening. There was only 1 other customer in the store. On entering, the female staff by the phone section looked me up and down and then proceeded to give me dirty looks. The male staff greeted me politely. I went to look at the tablets and asked for help as I wanted to know how the s10 tablet worked for a left handed person. The male staff, while friendly and polite, was unfamiliar with the device settings and completely unable to advise or assist me. Would be good for Samsung to train their staff to have both basic manners and knowledge of their products. Won't be back at this branch for sure.

Crazy how the UI7 update damages the phone with green vertical lines but they completely doesn't take ownership of the problems they created. They can explain about phone heating up or blame it on the consumer for the phone already having problems before, but this is clear that the it was caused by the software update. Irresponsible Samsung company
