My therapist is Elaine. She is excellent and took great care of me. I have been with her for 6 years plus and it is tough to let go. Erwin is just as great as i know him for more than 9 years. It is great to have both of them in Element Wellness.

Had a really good time at Elements - facilities were good, clean & private (which is what I really enjoyed). Service felt personalised as well. Special shoutout to Vion & Irwin for making this time very special. Would definitely come back again. Such a great place to relax and get away from the hectic sg life haha!

Fantastic massage! Best I've had in many years. The therapist applied good pressure and was able to work out the knots in my back that I didn't even know were there. Really good job and much appreciated!

Body Therapist Faye is very responsible and professional in her job. She is mature in thinking and serious in providing good service. A very experienced and knowledgeable lady in her profession.

Got our good deal on fave! $55 for 2 pax ginger deep tissue massage. My therapist was very good. My hubby one was average. Overall environment was comfortable and quiet. Massage was done on heated bed. Entire duration of massage including changing clothes is 1hour. A cup of tea was served after massage. Salesperson was not pushy at all. Only pop by to ask if we were interested to sign any package for future visit. A simple no and they left us to drink our tea in peace. Highly recommended.

Had an awesome massage with Fiza / she attacked all my knots and boy did she know where they were! I left the Spa feeling very relaxed! Highly recommend this place for a massage - calm serene and peaceful environment with great receptionist attention and minimal waiting time. 5*****!!!

I just had one of the best massages by Fizah. She is extremely skillful and knows the acupoints that need release. Strong pressure, with calm and peaceful disposition. I came in feeling tight and stiff from workouts and bad posture, and now it feels like a new body after the massage.

The facial with LAN at Elements was absolutely fantastic!! She really personalized the experience respecting my oily skin. She also took her time to introduce to me cosmetic products she would recommend for me to use. I like their HA+ moisturizing serum. Will definitely be back!

I sustained a strained right illotibal band from overuse and over training for my first hyrox women's open in June 2024. I had done deep tissue massage, dry needling, sports rehab massage and cold/hot immersion for recovery. Plus I also did red light therapy and even a few Bixeps sessions too! Today I decided to change my massage therapist at Elements Wellness 313 to Ms Wendy. Her competent skill of massage on my buttocks, ITB and calves which involved using different strokes helped release the accumulated 'toxins' and aligned the strained muscle fibers plus tight knots! Kudos and I am very grateful to Wendy for helping me towards my recovery from this injury! I can walk and squat without much pain at the ITB and knee after the session. It will take a few more sessions for this injury to fully recover, combined with my physiotherapist Frank's help too. Thank you so much to Wendy! Cheers!🙏💓
