Lily Soh
Brought an elderly family member to see Dr Joy Lee and had a very bad experience. Nurse ushered elderly into the ultrasound room alone and ultrasound was done in a rush BEFORE consultation with us, no consent was even asked or given. We were shocked by this. Dr has very little patience as well. Would not recommend seeing this doctor. Staff were very polite and friendly.

Dr Esther Chuwa is a great and professional doctor. However, I think the appointment system really needs to be improved. My appointment was scheduled for 1230pm, I arrived at the clinic at 1220pm and only then did I receive a text from the clinic at 1221pm that I should arrive 30min later as there was a delay. However, close to one and a half hours later, at 1340pm, I am still waiting. The doctor is busy and her time is important, but so is the time of the patient. Patients do have a life too, and it cannot be that I'm being penalised for playing my part to be on time, and when I’m already paying so much to see the doctor. It is very disrespectful and really unacceptable.

Updating my review (from one star to two stars) since I got a call from a senior operations manager the following day after I posted the negative comments about waiting time. She listened patiently and explained precisely what caused the delays. She also promised to improve their queue management system going forward. Although this does not change my bad experience at the clinic, it shows that the management team really values feedback and want to make an improvement. I’m going back for a routine check up in 6 months time and will see if there’s any change. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Five star for Dr Esther Chuwa, she is very kind and professional as usual (I’m not a first time patient), no complaints at all. But whoever manages her appointment schedule is a complete disaster! I made an appointment at around lunch time and only managed to see her 1 hr+ later. What’s odd is that during my whole waiting time there it seems that this is completely normal (?!). I don’t normally complain about waiting time when I see doctors because I understand that earlier appointments can overrun. But 1hr+ is not acceptable in private clinics like this in my opinion. Patients’ time needs to be respected as well. It ruined my plan as I have scheduled other meetings afterwards. It would be a shame if the reputation of the clinic is affected by bad time management. I do hope that this can be improved.

Dr Lim Sue Zann was highly recommended to me by my cardiothoracic surgeon at Gleneagles and I am so glad I followed the advice. Dr Lim is incredibly reassuring, with a calm and composed demeanour that immediately puts me at ease. She is very patient and takes the time to explain everything clearly which made a potentially stressful experience much more manageable. I truely appreciate her professionalism and compassionate care. Thank you.

Jasmine was really efficient in getting the results of my scan from another imaging centre and getting me an appointment on short notice. Sharon was super gentle and reassuring as a radiographer. Dr Tan is detailed and kind. The clinic is comfortable and their own imaging centre Luma has all the latest equipment. The experience was very pleasant overall and would recommend anyone to come if they have any concerns.

Was seen by Dr Lim Sue Zann. Dr Lim is an amazing doctor, kind and clear in her explanations and care. She was decisive in her recommendation for course of action and follow-up and understanding to my requirements. I really am blessed to have encountered her as my doctor.

I had a great experience with Dr. Esther and her team. They are both professional and patient. Dr. Esther explained my condition clearly using a simple drawing, which helped me understand it better. When my biopsy results came back, the assistant promptly called to share the good news, which brought me relief rather than having to wait several days for my next appointment.
Mrs Tan
I have been seeing Dr Tan Yah Yuen for a few years already, from her clinic in Mt E Orchard to the current Solis in Paragon. I recently underwent a VAB under her safe hands and wish to pen down my gratitude to her. Dr Tan is very competent and reassuring who patiently addresses all my concerns and is undoubtedly one of the best doctors I have encountered. My post-op recovery was surprisingly quick and relatively painless and I have Dr Tan to thank for her skillful hands! Her nurses are very friendly too and I always have a pleasant experience at her clinic. A big thank you to Dr Tan, and she certainly comes highly recommended.
