Update: Great service recovery by Jack, putting consumer first. Immediate investigation and tracking was done on their side and was right away offered a refund for the service lapse. Sincere and quick to understand the situation. Might patronize again. ------‐----------------------------- Have been cleaning my own shoes until I was impressed and sold by their before / after photos on their instagram account thus decided to engage their services all the way at city hall. My shoes werent even that dirty to begin with and look, (Attached photos are *POST /AFTER cleaning*)
