Dr Cheryl Lee is very friendly, caring and professional. I have been experiencing severe dry eyes condition and has been using eye drops for quite some time however my condition did not get better. I consulted Dr Cheryl Lee a year back and she recommended the Eye Light and Tixel treatments for my dry eye condition. I tried both treatments on separate occasions and both treatments are very effective. I continued with the Tixel treatment as it worked very well for my condition and with the aid of lubricating eye drops and supplements , my dry eyes are getting better. After every treatment session , i always feel relieved and comfortable. A very professional and caring team; a very professional , gentle and friendly therapist. We were referred to the Parkway Parade store since the Wisma Atria outlet was undergoing some changes. We are grateful to Sam and the team for rushing the transition lenses just three days before our trip to Switzerland. We opted for Zeiss lenses, and they turned out to be far superior to standard sunglasses lenses. The team also helped shape the lenses to fit our existing frame perfectly! The lenses adapted beautifully, becoming darker than regular sunglasses when UV levels were high, providing exceptional comfort throughout the trip. No regrets!"

We’ve been going to Alexis since their store was at Paragon (2008!!). The staff are always super friendly and happy to help with any aftercare and adjustment services and are flexible with taking orders via WhatsApp. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Alexis Eyewear Boutique since 2007 for prescription spectacles and contact lenses. I would recommend Alexis to anyone who would need Prescription Spectacles and Contact Lenses. In all of the 19 years that I have patronised Alexis, I can honestly say that they have always done a fantastic job. Service with the utmost courtesy is the norm at this establishment. They really have the "Customer First" attitude. Even after I moved overseas, I still return to Alexis periodically for check-ups and updating of my prescriptions. In between they are most happy to realign the spectacle frames when it goes out of alignment especially so as I use Progressive Lenses. I can definitely say,"Keep up the good work and service". I wholeheartedly thank you for your very good service in the past 19 years.

Fantastic experience. I had purchased a pair of Lindbergs from them way back in 2014. Took it back as the hinge had come apart. Mr Sam not only got it repaired in 2 days and waived off all charges. Highly recommend them!
