Just got my hair coloured at Salon Vim and my hair looks completely rejuvenated. Dark roots and grey hairs? Gone like magic. The long lasting Goldwell hair dye can resist fading for weeks, so I don't have to wait days to wash my hair (just within 24 hours will do). Best of all, the dye made my hair smooth, soft and shiny. :O The service was meticulous from start to finish. Director Machi showed immense knowledge about hair colour and treatments, recommending suitable colours that could blend away the grey hairs and teaching me how to care for my hair. Highly recommend if you're looking for a professional and pampering hair experience!

Amazing service with John. Tried a totally new haircut today based on his recommendation which suited my face shape and it turned out much better than I expected. Highly recommend going to him for his advice and expertise!

A friend recommended Aaron to me and after my first session with him, I knew I’ve finally found the stylist I can entrust my hair with. :) During my first visit, Aaron proposed a style that suited my hair type, preference, and (low-maintenance) lifestyle. It grew out really well over the next couple of months — I have very straight hair, but despite it being long, the layers were beautiful and kept it from looking flat. Today was my second visit and I thought it turned out even better than the first! Aaron is extremely meticulous and skilled, and that becomes even more obvious after comparing the outcome to several other stylists I’ve tried over the last 7-8 years. He also taught me an easy trick to blow drying my hair to get the most out of it. I can’t recommend him enough and know that I’ll be looking forward to all my salon visits in the future. ☺️

Justin was very insightful and friendly. I found this salon on TikTok from a random influencer. This was my first time visiting as I am not from Singapore. He provided with great feedback and has 23 years of experience with hair. The wash and blow dry was also very nice and relaxing, smells really great too. I highly recommend the service. They weren't lying when they said they make good layers for the hair. (They also offer you tea/coffee/water at the beginning)

First time at Salon Vim. John helped me to style my hair and it was a refreshing new haircut. He is very professional and you can trust his experience and skills. Highly recommend!

On their website, first time customers doing wonder curls will get a trial price $368. However in the end got charged total $650++ When asks why.. stylist said my hair was thick??? My hair is only shoulder length!!! Honestly never coming back to this salon. Lack of transparency and the people were giving forced smiles and service doesn’t feel genuine at all.

My wife had an extremely disappointing experience at Vin Salon. Before her haircut, she explicitly informed the stylist that she did not want any layers because her hair tends to stick out easily. The stylist claimed her hair was thick and suggested “just trimming a little,” which she agreed to. However, she was caught off guard when he cut it into layers. After the haircut, the ends were uneven and messy, causing her hair to stick out in all directions. When she provided feedback, the stylist responded by saying it was because her hair “needed to be blow-dried.” For the price she paid, she believes it’s unacceptable that a haircut requires her to blow-dry her hair daily just to avoid it looking unkempt. This experience was particularly frustrating as she was about to leave for a long holiday, and she had to seek out another salon immediately to fix the cut. Overall, it was a deeply disappointing encounter, and she will not be returning. While I won’t name the stylist who is a director, I hope this serves as an opportunity for reflection on their services.

The salon was very dirty with hair all around and not just my chair. For the first time here in SG, the director stylist didnot wash my hair before the haircut inspite of me informing her that I had washed my hair the previous morning. She said that we offer hairwash before and after the haircut but it was fine if we do it just after with my hair. She was splitting her time by attending to me and another customer simultaneously. While all the other customers were given snacks , I wasn't provided it. Overall, an unpleasant and unprofessional experience . Update on your reply: Yes, I followed what she said but it was very unusual to not wash hair before the haircut as it is standard practise in SG. I told the lady to give it later but no one came to offer/give it .
