Went to the Wisma Atria Mango for full collections for Man and Woman, bought suits for us for wedding plan. Store assistant FARAH was AMAZING. She helped us literally from the moment we came and til we finally finished the shopping. She assisted us despite so many tries of clothes with such professionalism and she’s very helpful and kind. So grateful for Farah for helping us finding the exact clothes we’re looking for. Thumbs up for service quality👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The store itself is very big and very comfy, I like that they have seats for the people who just came to accompany their spouses. Also, the fitting rooms are clean! Very important! None of the staff I find NOT not friendly, all of them are nice and helpful

Her product knowledge was impressive—she knew the sizing, fabric details, and latest arrivals, which made my decision-making much easier. I really appreciated how she took the time to check stock availability and even suggested styling tips to complete the look. What stood out most was her friendly and professional demeanor. I went to MANGO in wisma. I would like to thank Sarah, one of the retail associate. She showed me great patience and care in order for to get the right size and design that suits me. She was always going back and forth into the stockroom just to get the different sizes for me to try on. Thank you Sarah for giving me a wonderful time in the store. It was a great experience to shop at Mango Wisma. Dong Mei was very attentive and helped me with all the sizing and selection. Its rare to find a retail professional who is proactive in approaching the shopper and offer help proactively. She was patient and gave me great advices which I needed. At the cashier, I met Sarah who welcomed me with a great smile. She was very detailed to ensure that the checkout was seamless and smooth. It was an amazing experience and time shopping at Mango Wisma today. Kudos to Dong Mei and Sarah.

This is the first time I actually had a great sales assistant recommending me their collection in a Mango Boutique. Elysa is so sweet and friendly. She is also very helpful in getting new pieces for my request and share their membership benefits as well. Superb customer service! I ended up buying more then what I need.

Had a really good experience at Mango! The store was neat and easy to navigate, but what truly stood out was the service. Reine was extremely helpful and attentive — she made sure I found what I needed and made my time shopping there genuinely enjoyable. Amazing customer service and a great overall visit.
