I have been a patient of Dr Tans since 2000 when he made a wonderful job of fixing my teeth and giving me the smile I always wanted. Since then, whenever I have visited SMILE INC, Dr Tan and his team where wonderful. Very professional, caring and engaged. Its always great to catch up as they spend time to get to know their clients. My 22 year old crowns are still going well and still look great! Dr Rex has been my dentist ever since he started Smile Inc. Each visit has always been relaxing and painless. I always and will continue to recommended him whenever people wanted a dental visit.

I’ve been consulting with Dr. Tan for 4 years, and couldn’t be more impressed. He’s professional and highly skilled, taking the time to explain every step of the process in a way that’s easy to understand. He’s incredibly caring, making each visit comfortable and stress-free. I always leave knowing I’m in great hands. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing dentist who truly cares about his patients!

I needed some emergency work done and he was the only open late on a Saturday. I am happy with his work but it was very expensive maybe 2-3 times higher than elsewhere. Just for reference, he charged $195 just for the “consulting fee” which is just the for the appointment booking fee before any work is carried out.

When I first moved to Singapore in 2004 I was looking for a dentist. When I asked around, several of the folks I worked with referred me to Dr. Tan. Soon after my first visit, I could see why. He is an incredibly thoughtful care provider with excellent advice on how to maintain your teeth and is very good about filtering the fact from fiction so you don't end up spending ridiculous amounts of money on products that don't work. What really makes Dr. Tan standout is how much of an interest he takes in his patients beyond the treatment. He loves to learn about the nature of what people do for work and what makes their companies tick. After 6 years, we left Singapore, only to return 10 years later. When I returned, I was happy to see that Dr. Tan was still practicing and hadn't changed. But of course, his tools are always the newest and the most modern. I also like the fact that it's super easy to communicate with his appointment-setters thru whatsapp. Net-net, I've been seeing Dr., Tan for over 20 years now. He's an excellent dentist and extremely easy to engage, not to mention provides great, nerve-calming advice. I highly recommend Smile Inc.

Dr. Rex Tan is an excellent dentist. I have been going to Dr. Tan for over 14 years. I first went to Dr. Tan back in 2010 after a good friend referred him. I have had a variety of dental works done and every time it has been top notch. When I came back to Singapore from the US, I went to see Dr. Tan again since his dentistry is superb and trusted. I highly recommend him!!!

Dr Rex Tan has been my dentist for almost 30 years and I couldn't be happier. Diligent, highly knowledgeable, empathic, fun to be around and always warm and welcoming. I don't even live in Singapore and yet I make sure I see him every year when I return to visit family.

Lost count the number of times i been here. I literally hate dental but don't mind coming here. The dental sessions are great, Dr Tan is gentle, so it really take away my stress and fear of going to a dentist.

Caring, knowledgeable and reassuring dentistry at its best. Dr Tan has three extraordinary qualities that distinguish he and his practice from any other, not just dental practice, but medical practice, that i have engaged. Perhaps most noticeably, he is customer-centric and caring. He actually cares about his patients and it comes through in his manner, his treatment and his entire practice. For patients and customers this is both reassuring and calming. Second, he and his colleagues are technically excellent. You know going in that you will be receiving the highest calibre treatment from professionals who stay up to date with the latest treatments and technologies. And, he is reliably consistent. And consistent in his excellence. It doesn't matter what else may be going on, Dr Tan devotes his entire attention and focus to ensuring the best possible outcome. In the midst of a recent extended treatment when i was between sessions and admittedly a little nervous (although i thought i had hidden that well enough), Dr Tan was travelling overseas but nevertheless while on leave took the time to reach out and check on me before boarding his flight, and again a week later while in the middle of his vacation. I cannot recommend Dr Tan or his practice Smile Inc highly enough.
