Disappointing. The food was ok in general except the Tuna sashimi which carried an extremely heavy bloody smell, so bad that my teenager spat it out and we left the other one unconsumed. There were bones in the Salmon sashimi. The chawanmushi and Tamago sushi were good. I think that there's a lot of room for improvement. It can be really good if they're more mindful of the customer's experience. My 2 teens don't want to come back, unfortunately.

I dont like my sashimi with black dots or veins as per the staff. Whenever I eat at other japanese restaurant I have never encounter with sashimi like this, but the staff said it is normal to have the black dots Aka veins. Sorry but I cant accept it but I guess all other majority people can. The staff attitude is at its worse. Not dry tissue provided, the one guy even ignore and sigh when the machine was not able to scar the barcode properly. Hopeless

I should have read the reviews before booking! I happened to walk past and made an appointment and unfortunately for me, it was Vanessa standing right there, and seemingly Vanessa made the appointment for me with herself (I had no preference at that time). Avoid avoid avoid! I would go back again, but I would definitely book with someone else. It's not that she's terrible, she's just not very good.... and so I'll give this place ONE more chance.

Ploy was my hair specialist for today. She was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and gives great head massages. She explained thoroughly the steps in my hair treatment and the service was great :) Provided tea, eye mask, blankets, conversation and she even styled my hair again before I left. I ended up buying the shampoo recommended because she explained how it would benefit my hair. I would definitely come back again when I’m around in Singapore in the future!

Had my first session here and did a hair spa + scalp treatment. Vanessa is so friendly and made me feel welcomed instantly. I appreciate her explaining each step of the treatment and is honest with my scalp analysis by recommending the right treatment. Will definitely be back!

I just had my first treatment with Stella, a sweet and gentle lady who helped me relax my mind after a long day with an aromatic massage and treatment. Her calming presence and skilled techniques made the experience truly rejuvenating. I highly recommend booking a session with Stella if you’re looking to unwind and treat yourself to some much-needed relaxation.
