Dr Zhang is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions clearly. He will constantly check to ensure minimal discomfort during procedures. The facial therapist are well trained and are gentle and attentive when carrying out their duties. Booking of appointments is easy and the clinic gets back to me very promptly. Excellent service!

Dr Zhang has been v patient in addressing my concerns and is v gentle in administering the jabs. Clinic staffs are v friendly and not pushy at all. Prices are also v reasonable.

Had a great first experience at Shiro Clinic to get an acne/cortisone injection. Elise and Shen were both really helpful and welcoming, not pushy to purchase their products or treatments. Dr. Ho Wee is 10 stars. He is a competent and dedicated professional. He helped my husband and I on our journey to conceive our baby girl. In five months of treatment we managed to get pregnant. I have specifically came to Paragon for Physician Jun Negoro as I had came across a feedback mentioning that she had solved a lady with menstruction issues. I started to see Physician Jun in May 2025 and I am still continuing seeing her for my menstruction issues. Each session, I went through consultation, accunputure and medications and have little menstruction flows each month from May till August and finally, my menstruction came with normal flow in September and I hope to see my menstruction issues improving each month and treated it back to normal and with no issues. I will suggest to look for Physician Jun for any issues and I believe that she will do her best to solve it slowly, improving it and treat it well. Thank you. 😊
