This is the absolute worst llao llao I’ve been to in my life. I essentially paid for a fruit bowl with little to no yogurt. One of the male employee that served me during this purchase provides poor customer service, and this standard of llao llao sanums. Absolutely upsetting

This is the last purchase I will support with llao llao Singapore , its so disappointed to the amount of medium size and the sauce . While u have so many competitors, you should do something to catch ur current loyal customers , but u fail to do it. Continue with this kind of value , u will loss a lot of customers in future . I thought a dessert can make my day happy but llao llao spoilt my day , thank you and no more next time .

I recently visited llaollao at Wisma branch, and was very disappointed to find that the serving size was significantly smaller compared to other branches I've been to, which have always been very generous with their portions.

Sgd7 for medium sized, they discontinued petite size. Yogurt still tastes decent. Service staff could have been friendlier and polite, but just gave impatient vibes. Won't be back.

Extremely BAD Service at Llaollao Wisma Atria (4 Sept 2025, 1:15PM) Had an extremely BAD experience at the Llaollao Wisma outlet. When I arrived at the booth around 1:15PM, there was no one attending to customers after waiting for awhile. Then i proceeded to ring the bell and a staff (a man wearing spectacles) eventually came out from the room behind. I ordered a Medium cup with 3 toppings. At first, I didn't notice how little yogurt was dispensed, but when I saw how minimal the toppings were, I mentioned that it seemed too little for a Medium size. To my shock, the staff responded very rudely with: “It’s Orchard Road leh, Aunty!" I already put 3 scoops which is more than enough!” I was taken aback by his unprofessional and disrespectful tone and told him this is not the first time i bought from this outlet! He said 3 scoops?! I can even count the amount of crumbs he actually scooped in! I have no issues with all other outlets and staff as well. So he angrily scooped more granola and shouted loudly: “Aunty! Enough anot?!” I was again shocked by his repetitive RUDENESS, then i told him I will take a photo of that yoghurt as a proof to show to all. He got so angry, shouted again “I said this is Orchard” Then turned his back and slammed the door to the booth! It is totally unacceptable behavior for someone in customer service to behave like that! I’ve enjoyed Llaollao at other outlets, but this incident has really put me off. I hope the management takes this seriously! Customers deserve better than this kind of treatment. Despite many negative Google reviews about him, management remains unresponsive and the store has taken no action. This staff member continues to provide poor service for months without accountability. Would appreciate a response on how to follow up with issue. Thanks.

The team at Sage medical clinic is extremely hospitable and warm. Faz is professional and an expert at what she does. She explained the different management options available in detail and was honest about the outcome of each. The team was responsive and quick at scheduling my appointments and answering my queries. I am always greeted with a friendly welcome when I visit and each team member has made my experience even better. I am so grateful for Sage medical team’s services and have never felt more confident about my hair.

Faz and her team are really cordial and welcoming from the moment I first stepped foot into the clinic. My journey with them for my hair treatment has been really great and smooth. I’m not the type to let others know that I have hair treatment, but I genuinely admire the clinic’s work ethics and standard, that I started recommending it to my family and friends when I see that they have some form of hair issues. Faz is virtuous in nature, and she takes pride and holds a really high standard for her team and clinic. I would definitely give more than 5 stars if I could. I would like to digress and add that they have really comfortable sofas and cute decorations, its quite a vibe… and I take some sweets at the counter sometimes :p

I experience swelling and redness issue on my entire scalp one month since my hair transplant done in Turkey. Although I'm not a patient from Sage, Faz and her team took care of me professionally. Charges was reasonable and Faz was generous, friendly and very knowledgeable in the field of hair transplant. I totally neglect the part on post ops care. I should have carried out my hair transplant at Sage rather than a factory production at Turkey. Sage is a place where I know my hair can receive the best care and attention.
