Extremely BAD Service at Llaollao Wisma Atria (4 Sept 2025, 1:15PM) Had an extremely BAD experience at the Llaollao Wisma outlet. When I arrived at the booth around 1:15PM, there was no one attending to customers after waiting for awhile. Then i proceeded to ring the bell and a staff (a man wearing spectacles) eventually came out from the room behind. I ordered a Medium cup with 3 toppings. At first, I didn't notice how little yogurt was dispensed, but when I saw how minimal the toppings were, I mentioned that it seemed too little for a Medium size. To my shock, the staff responded very rudely with: “It’s Orchard Road leh, Aunty!" I already put 3 scoops which is more than enough!” I was taken aback by his unprofessional and disrespectful tone and told him this is not the first time i bought from this outlet! He said 3 scoops?! I can even count the amount of crumbs he actually scooped in! I have no issues with all other outlets and staff as well. So he angrily scooped more granola and shouted loudly: “Aunty! Enough anot?!” I was again shocked by his repetitive RUDENESS, then i told him I will take a photo of that yoghurt as a proof to show to all. He got so angry, shouted again “I said this is Orchard” Then turned his back and slammed the door to the booth! It is totally unacceptable behavior for someone in customer service to behave like that! I’ve enjoyed Llaollao at other outlets, but this incident has really put me off. I hope the management takes this seriously! Customers deserve better than this kind of treatment. Despite many negative Google reviews about him, management remains unresponsive and the store has taken no action. This staff member continues to provide poor service for months without accountability. Would appreciate a response on how to follow up with issue. Thanks.
