This branch is really stingy with toppings, compared to other branches. I ordered the medium, and was appalled with the difference. When i commented on the topping portion, the staff looked irate and simply went “WHAT?!”, in a challenging tone. This branch of llao llao has lost my support for sure.

First time trying the sanum and my it was delicious!! They're so generous with the toppings and all it's crazy. I remember the crazy some time back, but this is real good stuff and I'm so glad they made a comeback. Will be back for more for sure!!

Rate 5 stars for free toppings! But actual reality service was more like 1 star. Cashier was alright however the female staff serving us attitude was pretty terrible and rude; if you don’t wanna work then don’t do it, if not please strive to take pride in the work you do.

I got a small cup because I misread that it came with 3 toppings, the total came to $6 + 0.9 + 0.9 but only AFTER I paid the staff laughed at me and said it would have been cheaper to get a medium $7 for 3 toppings $0.8 is whatever, what I don’t understand why she didn’t mention this earlier! I’m not familiar with the pricing but she could have let me know and charged me for the medium when she rung me up. I was too stunned to speak when she giggled and lolled. Left a terrible impression to me when I walked away Purchased on 16th July 2025 early afternoon

Very bad service attitude at this outlet. Staff on duty was Delicia. Yogurt looked small and asked if she could weigh the yogurt. She immediately started throwing stuff around in her booth to show her displeasure. Avoid this Llaollao outlet at all cost.

Edited: 14 September 2025 A follow up email to the manager, Ms Sharon Tan Following up on my earlier feedback,I noticed that the staff’s attitude has not improved.As long-time fans of Llao Llao, we are concerned that such service issues may affect the brand’s reputation,especially with the growing number of frozen yogurt competitors. At a tourist location,poor service can leave a lasting negative impression not only of the outlet,but also of Singapore.It may be worthwhile to review whether this staff member is suited for a frontline service role. Though I am not related to the owners of Llao Llao, it is sad and disheartening to see that customer feedback does not seem to be valued.Loyal customers like us share our concerns because we genuinely want the brand to succeed, and it would be a real pity if service quality undermines all the good that Llao Llao has built over the years. I urged you for looking into this matter seriously. I visited this outlet on 30 August at around 6:20pm, and honestly, if I could, I would give zero stars. There was a male staff with glasses who displayed a terribly rude and unprofessional attitude. A lady in front of me simply asked a few questions and requested to change her order — something very minor that just required transferring yogurt into another cup. Instead of assisting her politely, he showed obvious impatience and almost tried to pick a quarrel. The lady, sensing something was not right with him, wisely chose not to continue the argument. But it was clear to everyone waiting (myself and another customer behind) how disrespectful and unnecessary his behaviour was. For a customer-facing role, such an attitude is unacceptable. It creates a very negative impression of the outlet and makes customers feel unwelcome.

The yogurt is good but the staff wasn’t too helpful. Ordered 4 cups of frozen yogurt but had to painstakingly carry them all by myself without any holders provided. Simply claimed that the amount I purchase is too small, which honestly feels silly. But I managed to still carry them with all of my fingers. I love the pistachio sauce + the petite size though.

I recently visited llaollao at Wisma branch, and was very disappointed to find that the serving size was significantly smaller compared to other branches I've been to, which have always been very generous with their portions.

The staff at this location were extremely rude. My mom has a strong accent, and it was very noticeable that the staff member mocked her because of it. He repeatedly imitated the way she spoke in a mocking tone, which was incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional and hurtful. No one deserves to be treated that way, and I hope this issue is addressed seriously.
