Small place located at Basement 3 with one self-service kiosk and one service counter. Unable to queue inside the shop and can only stand outside of the shop to wait for the drink. There are some shared seating area to enjoy food or drinks outside the shop. Staff are ok. Good to buy and takeaway. It is amongst other shops and opposite food shops.

Super busy shop as always. Tried the oolong osmanthus milk tea and wow I was definitely not disappointed tasted really great. Had the grape pearls which were really nice. The Taiwan milk tea is also a personal favourite 25% sugar is perfect unless your a sweet-tooth then 50% should be just fine. Definitely recommend!

Horrible slow service. Drink was alr ready at counter but organization was so bad and damn slow. Had to queue for a drink that’s alr at counter and ready to pickup 🤡 should implement queue number and lineup drinks by order number so this type of thing doesn’t happen again. …

This shop is always very busy, waiting time might be slightly longer. I always love their chrysanthemum milk tea, it is so fragrant. Their pearls are chewy too, so addictive. Their milk tea is one of the best bubble tea shop I had in Singapore.

Located on B3 of the mall. The store was brightly lit. Looked clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and patient. She took time to explain on how the redemption of the Birthday free drink works. You could order through the self ordering machine or using the app. Drinks were prepared quite fast. The staff seemed very experienced to prepare the drinks. Overall experience was good. Would drop by again soon.
