Visited at 5am and was told it’s closed for cleaning until 6am. The sign on the door says 24/7. This is not the case

Superb location for a 7-Eleven to buy stuff when staying in nearby hotels or commuting. I wish they provide a basket of sorts to put items in for billing, as it is quite a hassle to keep multiple items in 2 hands.

Conveniently located along the Orchard Road. It offer all kinds of food with table and desk. Love the ambience. I would have given a 5-star if the cashier was not playing with his phone and gave customer an attitude.

Cashier lady was rude af. 2 friends bought 4 items of 2 flavors with a "2/$11" type of promotion and she scanned the different types separately to charge a higher price. We called her out mid-transcation and she said "no, already done".

Friendly staff, helpful. This location was the bigger of the 2 closest to the hotel I was staying at. Highlights were definitely coffee ice cube coffee, blind packs, and Cadbury advent calendar. They had a lot of Irvins chip gift sets.

Person didn’t bother to even scan my points and take out the scanner. But overall got good stuff.

7 11 is loved among people for the convenience it provides. But the guy at reception should be changed. He is not ready to help with any product in the store. I am sure the role of the receptionist is not just to bill the item. He denied for the items which were there on the shelf. (Only egg item, green tea even denied for hot water) Well it doesnt matter we can just go to any other 7-11, but its disappointing when such a good store, lacks even in providing basic and necessary help.

How I wish I could give 0 rating, my mood was spoiled early in the morning, was on the way to work and brought some sandwich and drink from this outlet, upon making payment as the guy (indian wearing spec short guy) attending the shop was cleaning the microwave next to the cashier, so I just let him know I would like to pay (3 x) but was ignored finally he had done his cleaning with slamming both microwave door. This would be my final purchase from this outlet. Worst attitude ever!
