A staff name Alex ignored the cashier’s inquiry about card payment as I want to make payment by card but the system couldn’t process it. He completely ignored the cashier and just continue with his task. That’s very disrespectful and unprofessional of him. I feel sorry for the aunty to have a colleague like him

7-Eleven is a good option for packing food,drinks and snack items... It's located in Orchard road Lucky Plaza... All kind of snacks are available... Feel like that price is little hight. Inside only you can find one Money exchanger shop..

I bought cigg malboro menthol at this 7-11 on 14June 10.27pm , one of the cashier told me cannot tap (paywave), only can QR scan or insert card. But i only can paywave so she throw the cigg to the another Indian cashier and i heard very clearly she scolded cheebai (the cashier that throw the cigg). I asked her what she scolded , she said she dw to void the item. Srsly? How can the cashier scold vulgars somemore infront of the customer??? SUPER RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!

Cute store just next to drop off point from Shangri-la to Orchard MRT. Love that last minute's shopping just before leaving Singapore.
