The bad branch of the employee in the evening shift is unethical and rude to customers, I am amazed at such a large and leading company that employs such people who defame the company and kick customers out

Great shop with all the essentials. SIM too iOS for Singtel available as well as money change desk.

Went in after a long flight at around 10pm. Found what I was looking for but goods haphazardly thrown in bags, never given receipt, and turned her back the second staff gave my card back.

Good for the money changer. Bad for the 7/11, good size but extremely high prices

Why and who the heck put this map marker outside Concorde Hotel? This listing is for the 711 at the 313 taxi stand. Please accept my freaking edit to fix it already. This rating will be deleted once you fix it. Aside from that, this outlet is good as one of the rare ones that has self checkout.

Just a regular customer working in the same building. Can tell the regular staff there is really helpful and friendly that enjoys their work, pardon the part-timers. Queue maybe long sometimes for its location, but they will be patient and still try to strike conversation with the customers. Good job guys human touch is important for human business.

One of the better and large 7/11 outlet with a money changer who gives good rates on all currencies for both local and tourists.

Today's the cashier went for a toilet break and supposed to be back at 8:41pm but I and another customer have been waiting for until 8:50pm. So is this a punctual timing for the cashier break? What if I need to rush to buy something urgent?

Cahsier is very rude and unhelpful. I was trying to use WeChat pay, but the cashier keeps ignoring my request and repeating "credit or debit card". I pointed out that the checkout screen says it supports WeChat pay and I would like to use it, only then the cashier hesitantly started the process. The cashier then cancelled the process when I'm trying to pay and got my transaction reversed. Ended up paying with credit card. I should have just walked out.
