Absolutely horrendous experience over here. Can the franchise owner of this 7-11 hire someone who is actually competent enough to do his job instead of having the consumer to teach him how to do his job? If this store attendant who goes by the name Ashok does not know how to redeem the vouchers in the system, maybe send him back to training before actually placing him in the store to effectively handle paying customers issue. Thanks

The lady staff was very rude when I quenu up buy many beer I say I wan use you scan for add point she instead say dun have I say I go my house buy still can add point she say dun have rude service I say can u give me your name she gives me a very bad attitude the staff was very rude
