Rude employee. Did not serve us because the guy thought we did not queue while we actually did. He just was not paying attention. Went to another shop nearly instead offering the same products with good standard service.

I seem to have lost SGD40 here, no receipt given for a new nets flashpay card and credit top up. The next day, I found that instead of having at least SGD45 credit, there was only SGD5 on the card bought. What happened? I was told the card cost SGD10 and SGD40 credit would be added. I handed over a SGD50 note. Am in touch with customer service who cannot find the record of my purchase. Wow. What next... ***So, thanks for 7-11 for checking that cash was returned without doing the top up. Confusion closed. Thanks! Suggested that receipts are given out, so that customers can easily check on purchases. Appreciate the good follow up.

This convenience store on the ground floor of Far East Plaza is what you'd expect – a small space efficiently packed with a variety of items, managed by a single staff member. I found what I needed and made a quick exit.

Small yet you can get anything there conveniently. Many interesting chilled food and dessert. Good staff service though the staff can't understand Chinese but he tried his best to help those China tourists.. Always man by one staff only. So hope all the customers can be more understanding and be patient.

went there today in orchard tower. Stores always nice and clean, i like the staff name Salie!! She was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. Will come back again next time!!

I strongly advise tourists to avoid the money exchange located inside this establishment. My experience here was extremely negative. The person working at the exchange was incredibly rude and unfriendly towards me as a tourist, acting as if I was inconveniencing them with a simple inquiry.
Furthermore, the exchange rates offered were significantly lower than other authorized money exchange places in the area that provide much better deals.
Based on the unwelcoming attitude and the poor exchange rates, I would never recommend this money exchange to any other traveler. Save yourself the frustration and money by going to a more reputable and friendly service elsewhere.
