Staff being unprofessional and rude to customers. They were being my friends and I because we wanted to do SingTel dash QR code, but then it hanged the system and they started blaming us even though, we did not know since the SingTel dash phone number directly send the QR code which has nothing to do with the SingTel dash app account beside the QR code was generated from the seller not us.

I was seved by this uncivilized rude ignorance loud lady worker on 25th Aug 2025 0135Hrs.
I would definitely give a zero star.
I paid a microwaveable food in the stall and heated up there but wasn't allow to eat on the table which is for customer to use. She approach me with loud voices says "the eating area closes 930pm daily and is not allow for the public to eat there"

Very bad attitude. we have to pay extra to them to top up n yet they say we hang their system and is clearly their network system issue. Worst 7-11 encounter

Worst workers ever, honestly who are you guys even hiring, have the workers here been taught on the proper standard and protocol that is expected by this company. Went in today, and was browsing thru the store, firstly the store itself is already not spacious, so whilst browsing, a worker of yours decided to replenish items, (which is fine) however what is not fine is that he rudely told us to move aside and threw a tantrum by slamming a bag full of bottled drinks of the fall, (mind you a grown man was doing this act). At the same time, when there was a queue starting to form, he still continued to replenish despite alot of people has been asking to pay for their items…

1st bad experience at 7 eleven after so many years. There is this middle aged Filipino lady manning the counter at 12pm + on Monday. I walked in to enquire if they sell prepaid SIM cards and she said they only have M1. I asked politely if she is able to let me see the numbers and choose. She took out 5 cards, and after having a look, I said it's ok and thanked her. But she had to say "It's just a number, they are all the same. You wasted my time". Hello Mdm, I recalled the whole exchange lasted less than 2 minutes and there was no one else queuing at the counter. If in your mind you think this will waste 2 minutes of your time, you could have said you don't allow choosing of numbers and I would have been fine with it and walked away. Why show the numbers and after that give rude remarks? After all I am still a potential customer who could buy the SIM if the number is right.
Does this kind of 7 Eleven worker not have basic courtesy? 7 Eleven is after all still a service provider. People who provide service should watch their mouths, don't they believe in bad karma?

Staff Worker Nagan had a very terrible service and attitude towards customers who are in the store. Understanding that he is pushing the carton of drinks, but he could not ask us to move away politely instead only said, ‘Move.’
After which I confronted him for his attitude and asked him nicely about why he did not ask nicely, he challenged back and said, “cant u see that im busy.”
If this is the kind of services that 7-11 employees provides, I will never step into such a store again. Do sort Nagan out.

🤔hmm, just got "rude ignore" by a thin tall indian male staff in this 7-11 , then was thinking to leave a review here , but haha , what a common thing that he treat everyone with rude attitude till everyone leaving a review here . But pretty much not gonna happen anything anyway, we are like an ant bitting an elephant in these review . Hope you stay with your "great" attitude always , don't change it bro , that's gonna make this 7-11 famous for this "great" service , keep up the great job bro 💪 power 💪. One of the chinese lady, middle aged, was so rude. The item i bought displayed 2 for $4, so when i paid she say $4.80. I say that it was displayed as a promo item. She said no in a very rude way and happily chatting away with her co workers. I told her next time take down the old promo as other customers will face the same issue

The cashier on duty with short hair at midnight is very rude and impolite. I don't understand what's wrong with that person, like they’re being forced to work there.

The cashier guy (thin and tall one) was rude and impatient. When I asked for receipt his expression was like I owe him money lol. In other brunches cashiers always provide receipt or at lease ask me whether I need receipt.
