Just purchased few items for my niece from here. The two gorgeous lady staffs were surprisingly rude. One of them that served me at the cashier dropped the tumbler that i was buying because of how rough she was handling the items. And she did not look very pleased when i ask regarding the Smiggle membership. The other lady sneered at me when i was opting for a wallet without a loose string. Haven't shop at this location for years, did not remember experiencing such attitude from any Smiggle staffs ever either. Apparently, there are few reviews here saying the same thing. Hopefully the manager/Smiggle management see this comment and do something to mend this issue.

Agree with the poor service - Staff’s attitude not suitable for a kid’s store which is supposedly fun and cheery. Customer service is obviously not her strength. JTB

One of the coolest brand with cutest stuff in it. I loved it, this shops bring back all the childhood memories. And ask the things are so adorable and cute that you can't resist buying.

Another delightful experience at Smiggle Wisma Atria! My child was browsing for a new school bag and found one she liked, but the side was a little rough. Just before payment, we decided to switch to another design instead. Staff Alysah, was very patient and friendly throughout, especially toward my kid. I also managed to grab some adorable kitty items on sale. Thank you for the excellent service today — Smiggle, where every smile meets a giggle!

Poor service level. I showed a staff a picture of a trolley and asked if there's stock, she responsed with a firm 'No' and didn't bother to try to look for them when there were stacks of trolley stocks just behind her. I then found two pcs of the trolley on the shelf by myself and showed her. She did not feel sorry at all and just walked away. The store was not even busy on a Saturday night when there were at least two staffs on duty.

Visited this store this afternoon between 5-6pm, and the service attitude was the worst in the entire Orchard area. This branch is so close to the Smiggle in ION, yet the difference in service is huge. The staff in the Somerset branch and the ION branch are always so nice, but the Wisma branch has consistently been the worst for years. Even you smiled to them, their faces never smiled back or even showed friendly back, like the customers are their enemies!!! If any manager sees this, please do train your staff in the Wisma store properly, or you might as well consider closing this branch down. Seriously!!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received during my recent visit. The staffs appeared unfriendly and unwelcoming, creating an unpleasant experience. This lack of professionalism is concerning and makes me unlikely to return.

Small yet well stocked outlet. It was a busy evening, with 2 staff trying to stock up the items. The staff were always happy to attend to questions from tourist and customer and help them find the ideal gift for children. When I encounter some pricing error at the cashier, the senior staff dropped her work and came to help the junior cashier rectify the situation. Could see that the junior staff feels well supported by her senior. Definitely a good experience shopping here and hence why I often return here.
