just want to update that this branch no longer has a pharmacy section.

Worst Pharmacist I have ever encountered!! His name is Edwin. Tall Chinese guy wearing glasses. When I asked him question, he just simply looking at his phone and ignoring me!!

Male Pharmacist with glasses and big ears 招风耳先生 doesn't like his job, grumpy and impatient when I had questions. Maybe Guardian should pay him much higher salary like 200k or more per year, so he can treat customers with better attitude.

I just visit the 313 Gardian Bad service… just ask her. Do you have mask? She show me there there. The face very angry. Then I ask again. Do you have by box ? She so angry and just over there. But I don’t see..then she Come and show me. Here here. With the angry sound and very angry face. Don’t go and buy there. 24/3 mornings.

A 'not helpful' pharmacy.

This is not a pharmacy - there is no pharmacist available. I wasted time walking here while unwell just to be told it wasn’t a pharmacy - don’t go if you need medical assistance.

Very poor customer service. The staff was lazy and not friendly at all. I asked if they had a new item because I didn’t want the display set. She didn’t bother to check and just stood at the counter, looked around, and said “No more.” No effort at all. Also, after I made my purchase, she didn’t give me a stamp. I only realised after I left the shop and had to come back. When I asked about it, the staff acted like she was doing me a favour by giving the stamp—when it was clearly her mistake. It’s not about asking for something free, but the service was careless and made me waste time.

Small yet well stocked outlet. It was a busy evening, with 2 staff trying to stock up the items. The staff were always happy to attend to questions from tourist and customer and help them find the ideal gift for children. When I encounter some pricing error at the cashier, the senior staff dropped her work and came to help the junior cashier rectify the situation. Could see that the junior staff feels well supported by her senior. Definitely a good experience shopping here and hence why I often return here.

Visited this store this afternoon between 5-6pm, and the service attitude was the worst in the entire Orchard area. This branch is so close to the Smiggle in ION, yet the difference in service is huge. The staff in the Somerset branch and the ION branch are always so nice, but the Wisma branch has consistently been the worst for years. Even you smiled to them, their faces never smiled back or even showed friendly back, like the customers are their enemies!!! If any manager sees this, please do train your staff in the Wisma store properly, or you might as well consider closing this branch down. Seriously!!

Poor service level. I showed a staff a picture of a trolley and asked if there's stock, she responsed with a firm 'No' and didn't bother to try to look for them when there were stacks of trolley stocks just behind her. I then found two pcs of the trolley on the shelf by myself and showed her. She did not feel sorry at all and just walked away. The store was not even busy on a Saturday night when there were at least two staffs on duty.
